This was our 3rd visit to the Iberostar Grand and it was equally as successful as the last two. The hotel strives to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and they definitely succeed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom set up with the 2 sinks also a bonus. Our butlers worked hard to exceed our expectations! The selections at the breakfast and lunch buffets are extensive and delicious and the staff will accommodate any request if possible. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly interested in making your holiday as perfect as possible. We hated to leave but will definitely be back next year!
The chair situation remains a bit of a problem. Many guests do save their spots at both the pool and the beach and then never use them. This is selfish rude behavior with no regard to the other guests but it's hard to find a solution to eliminate this behavior. It is more of a problem when the hotel is extremely busy. In a perfect world (!) i would prefer an additional dining option for dinner.
This all inclusive, was top rate. The food, room, and butler service were all top notch. My wife and I, attended a wedding on the resort, and the staff did a great job.
