Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I found out late that it was practially at a different airport. Then I had to re-enter through security (where the line was wrapped back to the front doors). Had the flight not been delayed for mechanical issues I would have missed it. My flights were purchased through Delta. If Delta uses different airlines they should post gate information on their web sites."

First, there was unexpected shock of having to pay $300 at gate for ticket for the baby, even though she is 4 months and sat on my lap the whole time. Never heard of charging for that and we had to pay % of roundtrip ticket cost right there and then. Second, they don't allow early boarding for families with small children. Third, and finally, on the trip back they also suddenly announced a "no checking boxes policy" which I had also never heard of. We had to take a baby swing out of its box, dismantle it, and carry on a large part of it. A total hassle and crew was not very understanding. Definitely think twice about flying Copa if you have kids."

It took us over an hour to locate that had happened. We waited at the distribution point. We got one Piecebut not the other. After all we’re taken from the belt we went in search and found it."

The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

Unfortunately Heathrow employees board handicapped people and the are horrible. They didn't come to board us until the plane was 75 percent boarded which is just unacceptable for a wheelchair user who cannot stand. BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

I waited at the airport for until 1:30am before I got a confirmation that the back was in fact at Newark still. I had a nursing convention to go to and I had no clothing. So I had to Uber to Walmart than Uber back to my hotel. So I didn’t get any sleep. I didn’t check into my hotel til 4am due to a negligent spirit employee. I paid for the checked bag and there was plenty of space in the over head compartment. She caused me unnecessary stress and an embarrassing morning with my administrators due to my lack of sleep."

We got charged an additional $40. Overall, we spent an additional $200! We chose this airline for the lower fares, but they get their money back by charging for everything. You pay for everything. I was very dissatisfied and likely to never fly this airline again."

They are honestly the reason I missed my flight. I was there 1 whole hour before boarding as well. They charge for EVERYTHING! Seat selection, Carry-on etc. The staff was very rude and actually got mad that I wasn't understanding the woman with the thick Spanish accent. The eye rolls and Spanish speaking was extremely rude. I called customer service over the phone and explained what happened, and they won't issue a refund. I spoke to the supervisor and manager. It's pointless. DONT FLY SPIRIT! It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. I honestly just want my refund."
