A month ago I arrived at this hotel, the check-in was terrible, they made us wait for about 1 hour to get our room. I gave them a second chance on this trip and I was very disappointed. Two of three elevators did not work for a couple of days. The beds creaked a lot and on the last day I had an early flight and there was no hot water. The only good thing is the location close to the McGill metro station. When we arrived at 4:35 pm local time, the receptionist told us that they did not have a room for us, even though we had made the reservation 8 weeks before. Pros (+) The staff tried to accommodate... but wasn't successful.
Cons (-) 1. The water pressure was awful, 2. Other customers/patrons were unruly and loud, 3. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, people smoked and no one was able to assist or fix the situation.

Pros (+) The location is excellent, close to main amenities in downtown Montreal. The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. I would definitely return to Delta Montreal.
Cons (-) This a short term stay hotel, the room was not equipped with a mini-fridge (although it offers complementary water bottles every morning).
