A month ago I arrived at this hotel, the check-in was terrible, they made us wait for about 1 hour to get our room. I gave them a second chance on this trip and I was very disappointed. Two of three elevators did not work for a couple of days. The beds creaked a lot and on the last day I had an early flight and there was no hot water. Lastly, the TV is the worst, it is a 17" TV and the bed is 3 me...

Matress was way too soft. General maintenance could be improved.
Great location, great staff and really nice room at a decent rate
Pros (+) The staff tried to accommodate... but wasn't successful.
Cons (-) 1. The water pressure was awful, 2. Other customers/patrons were unruly and loud, 3. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, people smoked and no one was able to assist or fix the situation.
Cons (-) room need update and parking problem.
Pros (+) We enjoyed facials and massages at the spa. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet was plentiful.
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) Clean happy staff and affordable
Pros (+) The location is excellent, close to main amenities in downtown Montreal. The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. I would definitely return to Delta Montreal.
Cons (-) This a short term stay hotel, the room was not equipped with a mini-fridge (although it offers complementary water bottles every morning).
