A month ago I arrived at this hotel, the check-in was terrible, they made us wait for about 1 hour to get our room. I gave them a second chance on this trip and I was very disappointed. Two of three elevators did not work for a couple of days. The beds creaked a lot and on the last day I had an early flight and there was no hot water. When we arrived at 4:35 pm local time, the receptionist told us that they did not have a room for us, even though we had made the reservation 8 weeks before. Great location, great staff and really nice room at a decent rate
Pros (+) The staff tried to accommodate... but wasn't successful.
Cons (-) 1. The water pressure was awful, 2. Other customers/patrons were unruly and loud, 3. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, people smoked and no one was able to assist or fix the situation.
