The rooms are old, bed was uncomfortable, and none of the outlets worked.
Pros. Beautiful charming facilities. Perfectly located
Pros. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size
Pros. The location is great. It is very close to the metro station, China town, downtown, and old town. The room was nice. WiFi worked well on most of our devices.
Cons. Parking was terrible when we arrived. There is one spot in front of the hotel reserved for arriving/departing guests. It was occupied when we arrived and we couldn't do much else but circle the block until we parked in a no parking zone. Worse is that they do not have onsite parking. The valet takes your car somewhere. It is not revealed on the website but valet parking costs $28CAD/day. This is more expensive than other similar hotels in the area that have onsite parking. There is a public parking ramp just down the street that charges half that.
Pros. Great location, very helpful staff and an awesome experience altogether.
