Perfect location, but hard to find entrance and reception. You have to go through the restaurant and kitchen to get to the stairs and elivator. Elivator smells very intense, so rather use stairs. Rooms are pretty big and comfortable with nice view.
Marking of the entrance. Elevator without strange smell. Better quality of light switches in the room.
The evening restaurant food was good and the servers nice.
Absolutely no where to park, the room stunk of stale alcohol and restaurant smells. Cigarette butt ends and rubbish on the stairs up to the room.
Everything was great! Large suite... quiet! Great restaurant! !!! Great area!!! Lovely staff WiFi ac!!!
The location was good, the bed was big and comfortable
Very unclear where the "hotel" is. The restaurant was staffed by a pigeon that was happily eating bread rolls that had been left out. The entrance to the rooms was via an area that stank of fish and usually had staff loitering for a smoke. The "parking" was non-existent on site and the bridge that connected to the parking area was closed (so for a disabled person beware). There was heavy rain in the morning that left the seats wet in the breakfast area. All in all disappointing !
One of the most horrendous hotel stays in my life to date !! We chose this hotel purposely because of its parking facility - we called before to ensure so then when we get there no access to hotel by car !! So we had to stay carrying all our luggages from main monza parking over bridges etc
No one to decently greet or show up way to room Nightmare - 1:30am till 2:50am - all guests awoken up by drilling and other maintenance noises - I called and person answering replied *purtroppo si* meaning ... basically - so what !! The most rude approach ever !! Then again at 6am works continued No apologies .. disgusting !! Did not close an eye all night !!! Horrible !!!!
