The swimming pool was very good. Best place in Goa to stay. Gorgeous beach and the locals are great. Location was excellent. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They don't have room service. Very bad treatment given to us. Food quality and Interior Needs to Improve. The furnitures were dusty. Mattresses could have been better. Hard time sleeping. Service at the restaurant was slow. Breakfast Buffet was okay. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room had no latches or lock from inside it was only the key lock. The security guard was terrible. Bedsheets damp and itchy, bathroom smelt awful, the pool was tiny and had things floating in it. The restaurant - They have a restaurant facing the beach. The food was miserable. The interiors of the room were not up to the mark. I also spotted a lizard in the room. The kettle was smelly. Breakfast management. The rooms felt dated and a bit tired. No outside food or drink policy was frustrating. The bathroom was stinky. There was no power back up. No one answered the call at reception when power was gone. The rooms shown in the pictures did not meet the actual room in terms of size and location.
