10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cookies and milk in the evening was awesome!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: They had a shuttle that went the Chinook bldg on campus. Other hotels don’t run their shuttles on game day.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much....
Cons: The hotel was loud ALL NIGHT!!! ALL NIGHT!!! Throughout the night there were nothing but slamming doors, people knocking at doors, kids laughing, people laughing, people talking loudly, etc. Found a large spider in my shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and sufficient parking. Breakfast was good. Will stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Shuttle service was the BEST! Everyone was more than pleasant and we will be back!! I see no reason to stay anywhere else in Pullman.
Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful. The front desk was very helpful answering our questions about the local area and businesses. Also, I apparently left my "favorite" white sweatshirt on the bed (with a white comforter) as I hurried out in the morning prior to check-out. We were dropping my son off at his college dorm and it was a hectic morning!. I realized it was missing before we left town and when we went back to the hotel, the staff was very kind & helpful... and was able to find my sweatshirt for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great breakfast, kind and helpful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful room are spacious and clean. Easy to get to property
Cons: More room in dinning area
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were there twice the first time to drop off a sick horse the second to pick up a horse still not doing so well. We were tired and stressed and the staff was friendly and helpful. The second booking they helped us locate a room close to the pool for our girls. It made it so we could turn a stressful time into a fun trip for our little ones. We would defiantly go back. The facility was nice but it is the staff that makes this propert from check-in to hotel staff.
Cons: The bed was a little too hard for me. My husband enjoyed it though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing, very helpful when we needed something extra. The first two days we were here, we saw a coyote, a mama deer and her fawn right on the property! Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, decent sized rooms, lots of counter space in bathroom, and clean....inside as well as out.
Cons: Pillows....they should be labeled flat and flatter. Not soft and firm.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: Exercise room could have dumbbell weights at a minimum.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ver large and worked well for pur family.
Cons: The breakfast was bland. There was a lack of young child options and no highchairs available.

Pros: I like the location. I also like the fact that hotel has arranged a transport for airport drop early in the morning. Another fact I personally like that the house keeping staff was Americans. That means I had no communication problem which I usually encountered with spanish/chinese staff.
Cons: I didn't like the breakfast menu. It was boring and same for the whole week. Also, hotel took deposit charges from me and haven't reverse it yet. I assumed that they have consumed it. Very unprofessional.

Pros: We were staying here to tour the University of Idaho with our daughter. The staff was beyond amazing, our room was spacious and extremely clean, and there is a great little “yard” for the dog. Breakfast was wonderful and the water and coffee station was delightful. This is the best stay we’ve ever had in Moscow and we will definitely stay here again when our daughter goes to college. The location is perfect.

Pros: We love this hotel. It is always spotless and it even smells clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is our go-to hotel whenever we are in Moscow.
Cons: The pool is looking like it needs some upgrading. The bottom is stained and it just seems out of character with the rest of the hotel. It IS clean, it just looks a little worn.
7.5 Good
Cons: We were charged for a double booked reservation. We were charged for four rooms. We only needed two. Not sure what happened but we are upset. Very expensive. We feel ripped off of $260 dollars.

7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great and having water and snacks available all day.
Cons: The one thing that I didn't like was the picture online showed 2 king beds in the room I booked. When we got there, there was 1 king bed and a sofa. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they said the sofa was the other king bed. It was definitely not! I though when I booked I was getting 2 king beds, plus the sofa.
10.0 Excellent

The front desk girl was very nice, helpful, cheerful and the front lobby was beautiful and maintained. Conveniently close to restaurants and pricing was great!!! 6.3 Good
Pros: Staff was great, very friendly.
6.7 Good
Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: I think they need to update the rooms. The rooms really need new curtains, bedding and light fixtures. The awful brown dingy chairs in the room should be either removed altogether or replaced. Just cleaning up and freshening those few items would greatly improve a persons desire to book again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Cougarland is in the heart of downtown Pullman. Walking distance from great restaurants, bars, bistros, cafes, and coffee shops. I love walking every morning when I stay there. I also love the WSU Cougars vibe! All the colors are crimson and grey. It's great to stay there during football weekends!
Cons: It would be nice if they could get the pool up and running again. It was pretty hot this summer and it would have been nice to have a dip to cool off.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine, not fancy or with a lot of options, but very nice--any breakfast that has big bagels, cream cheese and peanut butter is good!
Cons: Nothing really. It is an older property, but you know that going in.

Pros: It is a local hotel and it felt very cozy!
Cons: The beds were a little stiff, but overall it was fine! However, my 17yo said it did not bother her at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The place is clean and comfortable for us but could use an update. The sink faucet and shower could use an adjustment to get them to work properly.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. More than a continental. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect.
7.9 Good
Pros: Convenient location, comfortable room, clean and affordable
Cons: The air conditioner broke and their maintenance staff wasn’t on site. They were sold out so we couldn’t move rooms but staff gave us a fan and slightly discounted our stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff who checked us in was very friendly and let us check in early when we ended up arriving sooner than we'd expected. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare, but they did have fresh cut fruit and decent pastries.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We left our suitcase and an employee called us 5 minutes after checking out to assure us he had it behind the desk. Thanks. I also really appreciated the electric car charger.
Cons: No non-dairy options for coffee and no cooked oatmeal for breakfast, just sugary instant.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice having a restaurant there; the room was spacious.
Cons: Pool was very small.
7.9 Good
Pros: great front desk staff, close to amenities (like disc golf course!), HUGE rooms, little bar area
Cons: Beds were a bit uncomfortable - too hard. TV was small for such a big room. (I know, silly problem!)
6.3 Good
Pros: Looked clean and new
Cons: Was not told that because it was a “game day” check in was not till 9pm. Considering I booked this for my in-laws and had our elderly mom with us who needed a place to lie down before the game was not welcome news. In addition your paying 273.00 a night ( in advance-non-refundable) you have the room for 14 hours as check out time was at 11. Seems price gouging. We also had a room at the Marriott residence INN. No such issues, more reasonable price and no “late game day” check in.
6.7 Good
Pros: Located close to activities. Great view.
Cons: Even though it’s been remodeled the facility is worn out. The stay was decent but not for the money.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean!!!!
Cons: Our view was a graveyard.

Pros: We even had a shuttle to WSU campus. We didn't need to ask, the front desk volunteered to get us a shuttle. It was right on time in both directions.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was of good quality.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close location to WSU.
Cons: Smoke free room Was Not smoke free. Hair in bed sheets. ? Had it really been changed before we got there?? Overall room felt dirty. Jacuzzi was not clean and when water ran it had hairs floating in water.
6.0 Good
Pros: price
Cons: they did not have a elevator. I use a cane and trying to get to the second floor was difficult. They did offer assistance but my friend said he could do it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This was my first time at the Quality Inn. For the price this place was great. It has a smell when you walk in-kind of musty, old, maybe a little of cigarettes from long ago? The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the room smelled just fine. Bathroom was spotless. The building is quiet and I slept great. The only negative is a lack of elevator. I have RA and struggled a bit on the stairs but I didn't ask to stay on the bottom floor. I am sure they would have accommodated me if I had asked. The staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast but it smelled very good.
Cons: The smell as you walk in the building is not pleasant....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful, friendly staff!
Cons: No

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly atmosphere. Pleasant owner/manager and mascot (Chico).
Cons: Breakfast is lacking. It should have plain toast, not only sweet packaged rolls. Maybe hardboiled eggs, to keep it simple.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was recently renovated.
Cons: Bathroom was old and stairs were in poor shape.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Worked with me to fix a booking issue immediately. Very good service. terrific room at conparible rates with a last minute booking. Thank you.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location is great can't beat it only because of the city of Pullman itself
Cons: The room didn't smell the best nor was the customer service too friendly
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing was good about this place
Cons: The older man that worked the desk was rude to my wife and I from the start. They said free continental breakfast when my wife grabbed extra coffee he cussed her out thinking we had more people in our room. Then his wife 5 minutes later used her key to walk in our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. When I complained he started cussing us out. So as we were leaving they added charges to our room while we were in the parking lot. We could see they hadn't even been to the room. This place was dirty and they workers made it worse never again would I stay here or suggest it to anyone
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to WSU and downtown. Both within walking distance.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The best comment we are able to make is that this facility is withing walking distance of a very fine restaurant, The Black Cypress. We enjoyed the town of Pullman itself, however that should NOT be taken as an endorsement of this pitifully inadequate, poorly managed motel that we unfortunately booked in advance of our arrival.
Cons: Upon our arrival, the manager (turns out, it was the owner of this pile of lumber and concrete) asked my name, did NOT verify my identity, and handed over a set of keys upon verifying that the room was prepaid. When I stated that I would go "inspect the room," his response was something to the effect, "If you don't like it, I've got 75 people lined up who'll take it." (Nice welcoming interaction, wouldn't you say...? I didn't consider it so...) We always check for bedbugs. as EVERY HOTEL can inadvertently have an infestation. (You should too - Google it. It's NOT difficult to do.) No bedbugs, so that met our most basic requirement. The room was small and the furnishings beat up, as was the entire facility. The window was secure and the door closed and locked. (See where I'm going with this - basic 50's - 60's 2-story motel.) The 'journey' up the perilous outside stairway was dangerous. One errant step when burdened with luggage could result in a nasty, if not fatal fall. We made do with the minimal amenities. No premium toiletries here for certain. The meager breakfast consisted of cold cereal, toast and some plastic-wrapped Entenmann's - style fake pastries, some with that famous congealed chocolate frosting, etc. There was coffee and tea, as well as 2% milk. Further interactions with the owner were terse and unsatisfying. He looks to be "burned out" and should retire. The LAST thing he should be doing is customer service. He projects an attitude of callous entitlement and disrespect, lacking even the most basic instincts of gratitude and sociability, thus fails to be even the slightest bit welcoming. You'll get more warmth from a pet rock. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere you'll be appreciated when you go to Pullman. We certainly will.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable. For the price, you can't beat it.
Cons: Not nearly as sketchy as it seemed in the photos. No real complaints.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent and the room was very clean. They also have a Keurig coffee and cream pods in the room which we liked a lot.
Cons: The bed was too hard.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The room was adequate for my needs. Wi-Fi was free, and the bed was comfortable enough for my short stay. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was very nice.
Cons: The room was very dated, with uncomfortable chairs. There was no phone or clock, or even a notice about the check out time. Other than Wi-Fi and a TV, there were none of the amenities one expects at even the most basic motel. The room also had a distinctly musty smell.
6.2 Good
Pros: Location - close to campus and downtown.
Cons: Parking lot is horrible. Rooms need updating. The cost was so far out of proportion for what it was.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is its location. It was very basic, but clean.
Cons: The parking lot is a little tight.

Motel 6 Moscow is located less than 1 mile from the University of Idaho. Nearby attractions include Appaloosa Horse Club, Palouse Mall and Moscow Mall. Enjoy Free wi-fi available in all guest rooms and our unheated outdoor pool.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Old, dirty, and things broken, even the toilet had a huge crack in the tank and was just glued together... no soap or shampoo... price was ridiculous price of a five star and you got a negative star...
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was courteous
Cons: Our bathroom was filthy upon check-in. We had to have housekeeping come in and clean it, must have been overlooked when they turned over the room which made me wonder what else had been left uncleaned.
6.3 Good
Pros: Was clean.
Cons: Very annoying load noise in room. Sounded like a generator running. Hard to sleep.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nice staff. Looks like the rooms have been renovated not too long ago.
Cons: It would be nice to have a continental breakfast. Just something small. I realize that it's a corporate policy not to, but hope they change their minds someday. Also, it would have been nice to have some shampoo in the rooms.
7.1 Good
Pros: Old facilities. Very small room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean. Fine.
Cons: Need more blankets on bed. No coffee pot.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed that they were able to fulfill last minute that we had an extra person staying with us. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean as well.
Cons: There was only bars of soap. No shampoo no conditioner. Luckily we had some extra with us. There was a loud banging noise every so often as if someone in the other room was slamming the door. The ac didn’t exactly work so it was hot in the room at night so I couldn’t sleep with a blanket on.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: First I called to pay for my room as I always do, so I can just get my key when I arrive. They wouldn't allow me to do that. I have have a service dog that I always document in my reservation notes and the staff continued to refer to him as a pet and I needed to remind them that he is not a pet and does not fall into the same restriction as a pet. The room was small, but that is not the issue the problem was that they didn't have any toiletries stocked and when I asked them for some they not only were rude and acted like I was asking for them to solve world hunger or something, but they told me that they didn't have any left, and then proceeded to point me towards the nearest Walmart. One bed didn't have a mattress protector on it, and that made myself and my daughter slightly disgusted,so again I asked for a mattress protector that "I" personally would put on myself and I was refused one, told that they were unable to gain access to the linen room after the housekeeper's leave!! I asked what is my daughter supposed to do then, because she was not comfortable sleeping on a bed that God only knows what could be on the mattress itself. They told me " Well you DO have two beds in that room, so she can sleep with you if she has a problem with it." Which she did. My grandparents ran a Motel 6 for over 20+ years and I worked with them during the summer cleaning rooms (funny enough) & I'm sorry, but the staff ALWAYS has access to EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that a customer may require during there stay. There wasn't an alarm clock. At two in the morning we were awoken by a banging on the door telling us that we had to evacuate the room due to a fire alarm. That I have no problem with I am pleased with how professional and efficient they were in managing this crisis.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: The entire experience! Checked in and they gave us a room that was used. Our next room was “clean” there was hair, not ours on the bathroom floor. Toilet would leak a lot when flushed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location
4.2 Okay
Pros: Price
Cons: Shower was dirty, when the toilet was flushed it made an awful loud sound and the air conditioning went out we had to buy a fan to stay cool.
7.0 Good
Pros: It is an average motel that is dated and really not worth the what I paid for it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The TV was very good. Of course when the week end has a game at the U of I or WASU then they up the price.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Honestly...it was an overpriced room but I was tired
Cons: The room smelled like dog pee, the bathroom door didn't fit the jam so you had to force it to close. The drapes were faded.and dirty. The bedspread had stains and very bad patch jobs. It needed to be replaced. There were these little black things all over the bedspread...like flea dander, gross. Someone was smoking pot and it reaked. Other people were partying in the hall. I paid almost $100 and could have had a great hotel with a pool for a few dollars more. Won't stay there ever again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and reasonable
Cons: No elevator
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and cleanliness were great.
Cons: The room gave every appearance of having been sized for one bed, but has two queen beds in it. It is so cramped that clothes hanging on the rod extend over the side of one of the beds. If we had had two people sleeping in that queen bed, it would have been very uncomfortable. The room was cramped for two people. The staff was courteous, but not outstanding.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was adequate but not great. Really liked the cleanliness. Location was far enough off the main street to not have traffic noise. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Rates seemed high but it was a holiday weekend, school (university) just started and their first home game of the football season was on. Guest left their dog alone in room when they went for breakfast and it whinned very loudly the whole time they were gone on the 1st morning we were there (6-7am). Not the motel's fault.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is convenient.
Cons: My first room had sunflower seeds and chips on the floor. Second room had dirty mirrors. The hallways were dirty and smelled terrible. Front desk person was pleasant but the hotel was not clean. Will not stay there again.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is ideal for visiting The University of Idaho campus. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Good parking and reasonably quiet.
Cons: The bed was extremely hard making for a terrible night's rest. Coffee in room is inadequate. You can only make one tiny regular cup of coffee. No elevator for hauling luggage upstairs.
7.5 Good
Pros: The King bed was more comfortable than I have previously experiences at a Super 8. Much appreciated after a long day of driving. Room was clean and spacious (suite)
Cons: A few more choices for the breakfast, in particularly bacon or sausage, would be appreciated. But I've found that lacking these breakfast items is normal at Super 8 and not one of their best selling points. No anti-slip pad in shower.

Cons: We were charged for a double booked reservation. We were charged for four rooms. We only needed two. Not sure what happened but we are upset. Very expensive. We feel ripped off of $260 dollars.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: great options
Cons: ? have steak next time
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great and having water and snacks available all day.
Pros: We were in awe of Moscow. Getting to the Fairfield (Marriott property we always know its going to be good). The front desk girl was very nice, helpful, cheerful and the front lobby was beautiful and maintained. Conveniently close to restaurants and pricing was great!!!
