Short flight was fine, but no entertainment and bathrooms broken.
All went smoothly. Only one delay departing Seattle of around 30 minutes.
We were in 1st class. Haven’t flown 1st class in over 35 years. This was special trip. 30yr anniversary and family travel. Food was good for airline food. Crew was very attentive.i expected easier movie access. Had to use own device. Second leg with Hawaiian airlines was exceptional in every way.
I paid for a window seat and on both flights I was put in the middle seat. Then on my flight to seattle I had to sit next to a passenger with a cat. I'm allergic to cats. So I sneezed, and had a running nose all flight.
Since the flight was delayed, snacks and water were provided.
Would have been nice if my flight was on time and I didn't miss my connection and had to spend the night in Seattle, losing one night at the VRBO I paid for in Sitka. And, my connecting flight was still at the gate when my flight was taxiing to it's gate. But, it took off. Too bad for me. I really can't believe you even want me to review or comment on my experience.
Upon arrival I was disappointed that the assist I requested to get to the baggage claim wasn't provided. The entire baggage area was not clearly marked and I wanted to store my baggage overnight, that wasn't available. I had to take it on the shuttle to the hotel!
The staff was extremely pleasant, and the ride was uneventful… If I were going to a place they serviced, I would take Alaska again
Everything was great. Paid for upgraded economy seat and it was worth it: early boarding, roomy seat, great entertainment choices, free drink!
Horrible. Boarded late, sat on the tarmac for over an hour, missed my connecting flight and had to spend a day in the Seattle airport. I won’t be flying Hawaiian again.
Alaska Airlines crew had the empty two people seats but they lied to us and said they can adjust us , so we have to seat apart

Our flight was delayed, which I know things can happen. The bathrooms were dirty and a mess. It took over an hour to get our bags after the plane landed. Every flight was on the same 2 baggage claims. You would thing if we spent over 5 hours on a flight we would get more then a tiny bag of pretzels. The movie and tv choices were mid.
The flight was great! The flight attendants were friendly and attentive. I would definitely fly Hawaiian Aurlines again!
You have to buy the ear buds and they only offers little cup of water twice.
Boarding area in Seattle was super busy and tight due to the layout.
The flight was very smooth and the landing was AMAZING! I have flight anxiety and it didnt peak once! :) Thank you to the pilots and crew!!
Boarding was confusing. Why are families so special that they get to board first? They and their stupid kids take up all the space in the overhead compartments. Then I get stuck having to gate check a bag when I've gone to a lot of trouble to pack efficiently to AVOID checking luggage.
Pillows and blankets were nice since it was an overnight flight, but the seats should be larger and there should be more space between rows so we have more leg room.
service overall good. I thought paying for wi-fi in first class was tacky. Food was soggy.
