Pros (+) The facilities were very nice... Each room came with a fully equipped kitchen!
Cons (-) I arrived after a long flight and wanted to take a shower. As I was walking out of the shower, the door to my hotel room opened and a man started walking in! I quickly grabbed a towel and said excuse me and he quickly scurried out of the room, yelling "housekeeping!" As you can imagine, this was a bit of a shock. Otherwise, the staff (mainly reception) were very professional and helpful.
Pros (+) Friendly and professional staff, kitchenette for cooking breakfast, located close to tram, spacious room, good value, free espresso all day. One time I returned drunk from a beer hall and needed a new key. I was embarrassed and expected some scornful looks, but the front desk handled it like pros. They even smiled and wished me a good night. Munich is great!
