Pros. Very basic, 5 beds. Good location
Cons. Owner was not available or accommodating. Did not communicate at all with us. We were not informed as to how to get entrance into apartment. We could to get in contact with him and had to call customer service at kayak. We waited almost 1 hr to enter apartment. Kayak CS called us back to provide info on how to access apartment. We never spoke to owner. Another gentleman (said he was his brother) stopped to ask if we needed help. He said owner/brother would be there in 5 minutes. No one ever arrived. Our family members were staying close by so we placed our luggage since were only staying at our apartment 1 night.I called him to ask if he could open our family members apartment and my family member could call him to provide authorization for us to enter. He said he could not open and he would not be available either way until after 11pm, even then he could not open without authorization even though my family member was willing to call him. Worst experience during my vacation!
