Pros: The hotel was right in the city and had plenty of parking. Pool was good but not operational at the time we were there. The manager was much better with customer service than the guy we initially encountered at reception. Castillo in the restaurant was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: - The light on the fan in our room was loose so we couldn't use the fan as it was quite noisy. - One of the staff (young male) at the reception was not very helpful and was trying to charge me a higher rate than what was on booking.com. I had already started looking for alternative accommodation before the manager arrived and sorted out the issue.

Cons: Too many strait stairs to the room; the room's balcony wasn't clean of beverages cans and meals left by previous occupants; excess of noise and smoke originated from the outside traffic, specially noted at the restaurant, where the staff din't turn the AC on.

Pros: Nice host, fresh hot water from the taps, very good coffee in the morning. Very good value for its price.
Cons: When we were drinking our morning coffee, the cleaners where already cleaning our room (changeing towels and stuff) and it felt like we should start going away then.... So we didnt had a chance to use a pool.

Pros: The people at the reception were very nice and helpful! We forgot a paréo and they kept it for 3 days so that we could recuperate it on our way back. Also helped us with a car problem we had! Parking in the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom is a bit old and not clean. There’s mold and the shower phone is sticky... there were pieces of plastic in the drain of the shower with mold... it’s a pity as it just needs a good cleaning and we would rate it much higher.

Pros: Hotel Oasis is located 3short blocks from the ocean. it is quiet.! It is in a older section of Nagua.The north corner grocery shop is a center for transportation the moto conchos , the trucks for 30 pesos take you to the neighboring beaches of Matancita, Gringo beach. The Moto conches take you every where for 50 pesos, Belky beside the hotel provides excellent Dominican breakfast, and lunch. The Fried Chicken wagon Pica Pollo opens up in front of the grocery store across from the Shell gas station. at 6 pm and it sells delicious fried chicken and plantain "tostones". It is a nightly gathering spot of many neighboring patrons . I became one of those nightly patrons.There several eating options Sinai Restaurant,Grecian Pizza and El Paladar are in walking distance. There is good wi fi in the lobby. The owner and staff, are attentive and caring. Morning coffee yes. 2 liters of Water to drink. YEs air conditioning works great I found the suggestions and care of the owner enhanced my stay there. Everything was done to help me have a good experience so that I would return.
Cons: Wi fi is in the lobby. cold showers great when its hotter.

Pros: The location was good for my travel purpose
Cons: First room assigned smelled horrific due to mildew and humidity, water leaking from toilet, second room the ac did not work, and the 3rd room the toilet pump was not working properly. Also the rooms were not very clean, towels and sheets look dirty.

Pros: The location had real character. Very Dominican! Arrived on a Sunday and the place was packed with families enjoying the pool. Restaurant was very good and the service friendly
