chapati is very good
very noisy, even ar night at sleep time. let me ask invoice from booking, while booking said from this hospital
Advertised WiFi but could not access it even after asking for assistance. No tea nor coffee facility in the room. Very noisy at night. Passage light shone straight onto my face while trying to sleep. Cockroaches in room. No value for money. Staff not helpful at all. I phoned receptionist twice in the morning she did not answer the first time and when she did she had absolutely no Custer service training. I found her rude on the phone, face to face she was fine. I wanted my case taken downstairs for me as I battle with steps but nobody arrived to assist me. Only as I was battling down the steps and someone heard the noise my case was making did that someone come to my assistance. Supper buffet did not look appetizing so I ate the famous Nyama Choma next door, that was okay. I will not recommend to others. Very disappointing
It was great

Old Hotel but properly maintained. All staff efficient/nice. Decent shower with warm water.
