I have been coming to this hotel for the past 8 years. I have very much appreciated it for the comfort, restaurants and facilities. It is with regret that I am noticing it decline. Pros (+) I arrived to the hotel a little under the weather and was blown away with how much everyone cared for me. People made me ginger tea, and even checked on me! So above and beyond. I left 100% betterr, well rested from the comfortable bed, and with a big smile on my face! Thanks for going the extra mile and making my stay so awesome and comfortable!! I truly didn’t want to leave.

Cons (-) dining needs some improvement. Not so many menus at all..........Many things written in the menu are not offered. they need to learn to offer everything written in the menu. They also lack traditional African dishes
