The location is very convenient as it is directly in front of the central station. The staff, Ettore, is very nice and helpful. The building has an elevator. The price is really affordable.
We walk passed through the building as it doesn't have a clear sign, so we need to call the caretaker who then meet us.

Señor Ettore, the owner, is very helpful person. He recommended us what to visit in the downtown. All his explanation suggests by pictures for better orientation. He is speaking Italian, Spanish and English very well. Accommodation is clean and smelly good. Breakfast was prepared in the room (packed croissant, honey, marmalade, Nutella, tea, coffee capsules) and in the fridge orange juice and watershx. Value for us

It was very close to the station. The guy at the desk was helpful. Let us leave our bags there till afternoon - for a fee . Bathroom was Ok.
The breakfast was pretty ordinary: pre packaged rolls in a basket in the room. There was cereal out in the corridor and a coffee machine there. Kettle in the room but no milk. Lift was the smallest I've seen! Reception not manned except as arranged. No seating area.
