The Palazzo is perfectly located and in walking distance to many fantastic spots, like the old town and main piazzas. The historical centre is fun and lively, and it's great to be staying so close to its main streets.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the atmosphere in the property was really nice, and the facilities were good. The Palazzo is very well organized and easy to get to, with precise instructions. The flat is located in a charming old pallazzo, with entrance through the courtyard and windows not facing the streets, making it quiet during the night. Bathrooms are nice and spacious, and the communal area is nicely furnished with antique-like pieces.

The room was quite small and had no air conditioning, making it hard to get a few hours of sleep. The WiFi was slow in some rooms, and the walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything from other rooms. Additionally, the room was extremely dusty, and there were issues with hot water.
