The room was really nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast's were really good.
We stayed in room 275, the bathroom could do with a bit of updating considering it's a Hilton Hotel.
The whole experiance was awful. The Room was filthy Light in Bathroom was not working. Overall the hotel was very disappointing
The rooms were spacious.
It took a long time to get served at the bar in the afternoon/evening
Friendly staff, comfortable room and very enjoyable breakfast.
me and my parter stayed at the hilton but would never stay angin kids running up and down the hall ways load music late at night rowing in the hall ways to would never stay there angin in all the hotel we stayed in we have never had that.
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Not a great selection for breakfast but the cooked breakfast was good.
The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. Our room whilst large had a very out of date bathroom, stained carpet, not particulary clean and no inroom safe or minbar .Our stay in this hotel was for my Husbands birthday present to attend the Welsh Golf Open so I was extremely disappointed with the room. We had a meal on the 1st evening and we ended up not paying due to the quality of the food.We didn't eat in the dining room again.I Have stayed in 3 Hilton hotels recently Kensington, Swindon and Islington all of which were excellent standard
The stairs were damp and smelt damp
Room clean good excellant carvery evening meal
Variety of price and choice for breakfast
Excellent staff at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and they should all be commended from the coffee point staff to the excellent receptionists
Bathroom was dreadful! Needs total overhaul
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The hotel needs a complete re-furbishment in my opinion
