Pros: My husband and I had to wait for escrow to close on a house we purchased. We had sold our house so we had nowhere to go. We checked into Larkspur Landing and what a nice surprise. I especially liked the kitchenette and free laundry. It meet all our needs.
Cons: The TV would occasionally black out. We would have to unplug it and then plug it back in to make it work again.
Pros: I've stayed at two other larkspur hotels . Love them
Cons: What I didn't like was I am a light sleeper so I make this a point when I go to speak up off the bat . This last time I was put on the same floor as a wedding party they were the worst .. Up all night arguing and fighting slamming doors . The staff has always been courteous . I didn't complain I was too exhausted , but I know they would have taken care of me .
Cons: Too jammed with people in breakfast area, given accessible room when I don't need it.
When visiting Roseville, Larkspur Landing Roseville - An All-Suite Hotel is a great choice to consider. Guests can visit the health club for a workout, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Nice touches like iPod docks, down comforters, and designer toiletries are offered up in all rooms.
Pros: Beds comfortable, Bistro had some very good food for a quick meal on location.
Cons: We stayed 2 nights, the fist day our room was not ever made up, even though we were gone all day. When we asked at 8 pm if we could get clean towels and extra bedding the clerk said there was no one there to do that and would have to contact the management. Very disappointed in typical Marriott service. Since we prepaid for the room, were told nothing could be done to reduce the price for our one night with no clean room, trash emptied, beds made, towels replaced.

Pros: This hotel has it all. Spacious rooms, great places to eat nearby, friendly staff, and to top it all off their prices are great.
I stayed during valentines day weekend and this place was top notch. It is quiet and the king size room was extremely comfy. Plus you can't beat a free breakfast.
Cons: The only thing negative I have to say is that the fridge didn't work but for me it was alright because I wasn't there long enough to need it.
The hotel is a 6-story building with one level of public space and 5 guestroom floors, all with standard Hyatt Place Room offerings such as Hyatt grand bed, state of the art media and work center with a high-definition 42 inch flat panel TV, wet bar, Cozy Corner L shaped sofa sleeper. Guest room and public areas feature a contemporary decor with stylish furnishings. Guests can enjoy complimentary hotel-wide wireless high speed internet, and Gallery Kitchen breakfast.
Pros: The location, the staff and the barbecue area were top notch. The rooms were modern and the layout maximized the space.
Cons: We found a centipede or millipede in the pool area (indoor pool) and the breakfast area did not have coffee.

Pros: comfortable beds, spacious room, clean facility. Breakfast was good, decent number of choices including hot foods (eggs, potatoes). Staff was willing to split the room costs between two of us, which was convenient.
Cons: Lighting in bathroom room was dim. Very little light in sink/mirror area, not quite enough for applying makeup/etc.
No USB outlets in room to charge phones. Most hotels have these on the alarm clock or the lamps, this room had none at all.
Pros: My family and I stayed for 1 night and it was very enjoyable. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast at the hotel in the morning. The breakfast they offered was great, that's was a big selling point in choosing this hotel. The weekend we visited it was quite warm out but our room was nice and cool. Overall our we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The front desk staff took quite a while to acknowledge that we were standing right in front of them. I work in customer service and I understand u can't instantly help everyone but be considerate and make sure you acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be assisiting them as soon as possible.
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Seemed like the hotel was in the middle of some sort of construction. Hallways were tapped off and the elevator was covered in some sort of blanket that really smelled.
The look of the place is kind of strange, like a Starbucks but with a lot of blue paint. Looks odd to us.
Pros: Convenience, cleanliness, responsive staff, good breakfast.
Cons: Bed was a little soft for my personal tastes but was otherwise comfortable.

Pros: Awesome and friendly staff. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend the Hampton Inn!
Cons: Not applicable.
Pros: Very clean and modern
Cons: My only issue was the A/C kept going off in the middle of the night which woke me up 3 times. Very frustrating!
Pros: Room was nice and clean. Most staff was friendly
Cons: Double booked in first room (the handicapped room I requested). Moved to a smaller room with queens instead of king. I am 6-5. Nothing else he could do. No more rooms. Should have been offered something to compensate.
Pros: Clean room, very friendly staff.
Cons: Very hard to get to, limited parking.
Pros: loved how spacious the room was, and updated décor.
Cons: the room had a coffee maker but not enough creamer packs, also thought there would be a mini fridge and microwave in room. there wasn't.

Pros: The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very nice. The bed was also very comfortable.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast:(
Pros: Bed very comfortable. Room very nice
Cons: Youth football team staying there was disturbing and rowdy. Was not informed about about breakfast special until we ordered by then they said it was to late.
Pros: 2 people really stood out for me. Josh at the front desk and Alyssa at the Bistro. Both people are being wasted in their current positions and should be management. Josh was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fixed my door latch, and let me borrow a charger since I left mine at home. Alyssa was so busy at the Bistro when I first met her, a huge line had form she was both efficient and friendly and her multi tasking skills were very impressive. She also remembered me from the day before and knew what I wanted to order. Thats awesome!!!
Cons: My bed was not to comfortable and I was surprise there wasn't a fridge in the room.
Pros: Comfortable beds and pretty patio. Loved the convenience of onsite bar. Jacuzzi's at the pool are a must for us, big factor in selecting a hotel.
Cons: I would have preferred a breakfast included. We are usually rushing out. And would've quick breakfast withot having to pay extra.
Pros: Parking was free
Cons: Old & run down, bathroom was to small, bed was old & pillows were so hard that I had to buy a new one so I could sleep the next night. Elevator was run down & unresponsive at times. I would never stay here again!
Pros: Indoor pool facilities.
Cons: The bed was a bit too soft for my comfort.

Cons: The room was remodeled but they left the old carpet, which left a weird smell. It was dirty and had sticky spots. I had to walk around in slippers to make sure I don't step in anything gross.
Pros: Staff tried to put me in a room that was lesser than what I reserved online.
This hotel had hot breakfast every day
Pros: the location was central to where we wanted to be.
Cons: old musty smell
I finally just told him I'd take the room.
Cons: My room was next to the conference room which started up at 7:00am,Sunday there was an early church service. When I first checked in I asked for a different room on the second floor as I am a single female. The gentlemen was reluctant to even look.
This hotel has a wonderful breakfast. Is close to the freeway. Pretty close to Thunder Valley Casino and close to the Roseville Galleria Mall.
Pros: Cleanliness and friendly staff!
Pros: Very helpful in cleaning up room (bedding, floor) after granddaughter threw up.
Cons: Traffic noise from freeway on our side of the hotel. Will request other side next time we visit.
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, hot coffee, eager to please, tub, comfortable big beds. Oscar and all other staff but one afternoon manager were wonderful...
Cons: We were told local calls were free but they showed up on the bill.
This was a typical HIE. Exactly what I would expect, and just a little bit more expensive (without using Priceline) than I would be willing to pay for the quality.
Cons: The staff was rarely at the desk, and the common areas seemed to be rented out to outside groups every night we were there.
Great comfortable stay. It was one of those Priceline Express Deals, so it was a good value, too. I would definitely go back! The pool, from a distance, looked a little on the greener than I would care for, but I could not tell if this had to do with the color of the sides of the pool or not. If you are looking for organic, local breakfast with arugula and currants, this is not your place to eat. But, if biscuits and gravy, mini velveta style omlettes, pancakes made on a little machine with a conveyor belt work for you along with the typical cereal, danishes, toast, etc. offered with continental breakfasts, then you will find this breakfast a good value. There is a restaurant across the street that also serves omlettes, etc. for breakfast. This is the second Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed at in about a month, and I have to say, the beds were very comfortable for me in both places. The pillows aren't the greatest, but this is a 2.5 star type of place, after all.
Pros: I was placed in a king bed suite with lots of room. Bed was very comfortable. Everything clean and in good condition especially in the room. Could not hear guests in their rooms, so it was quiet. Easy wifi access. Warm foods served at breakfast.
Cons: Live band at restaurant right across street played loud music. (It was a Saturday Night.) I would suggest light sleepers to be placed in the back of the hotel on those nights, because the music really traveled.
After staying there in Feb., May,& July I would rate this place 0. I've booked through Priceline all three times requesting king bedroom. Feb-we were told Priceline did not get reservation in on time resulting in our having 2 tiny queen beds. Ice/vending machines were broken & cramped room was uncomfortable. May-stay was uneventful as we got what we asked for. Room was clean and comfortable. Ice/vending machines were working. July-again we were told there was no guarantee that we would get what we asked for through a third party reservation company like Priceline. Again we were assigned a room with 2 'small' queen beds in lieu of a king bed we asked for. The carpet was filthy leaving our white socks black. The bath/shower had mold in it. The chairs also were dirty. The floor we were on did not have ice/vending machines, so we had to go to another floor for these things. The breakfast advertised to start at 6 AM was not fully out by 6:15 AM. If we find it necessary to go to the Roseville area as, we definitely will find other lodgings.
Cons: The filthy carpet, the mold in the shower, the tiny room that had two 'small' queen beds making it very cramped.
good place to stay. I was on a business trip it met all of my expectations.
Pros: clean quiet & the staff were very helpful
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed. The staff were nice and very helpful. We loved the peanut butter cookies!

Cons: Room could use a little sprucing up.

Pros: It had been a few years since I stayed there and it switched to a BW. There were a few changes to the courtyard to enhance security.
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, nice room with everything I needed...fridge, microwave etc. The a.c. was turned on before arrival, so I was able to walk into a cool comfortable room. Also enjoyed the pool.
Cons: I have nothing unpleasant to say about this place. I would happily stay again.
Pros: The hotel offers options for those travelling in groups and want to have the opportunity to socialize either poolside or at the bar or for the

Cons: Missed entrance to hotel more than once.

Pros: It was a nice, clean place and good value for the price.very. Nice outdoor features.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Pros: Conveniently located, clean room, nice staff & great amenities.
Cons: Breakfast hours were not long enough.
Pros: Extensive breakfast bar and pool/ hot tub area!
Pros: Our check-in was quick & easy. The lobby and our room was clean. The hotel is in a good central location in Roseville.
Cons: The rooms are old and the exterior shabby. The property is aged.
Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: Printer in business center didn't work.
Pros: The location is close to family, shopping.
Cons: Beware the hotel is under construction. Also I was upset that although we stayed multiple nights, maid service consisted of handing a clean set of towels through the door in the morning PEROID. I have stayed at this hotel six times in as many months to see my son at college but after this last trip there will not be a seventh. I was very disappointed. Don't make my mistake.

Pros: Suite was very comfortable especially the beds, free wifi is a plus. Checkout time was reasonable 12pm. AC worked well which is something very important when around several people.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit bland compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in Roseville. Parking is a bit iffy to squeeze through.

Pros: Great breakfast and location, rooms were very clean and comfortable beds.
Cons: Staff was a bit rude, not towards us but other guests.
Pros: Staff person at front desk (Maria?) was friendly and competent. She was multi-tasking and doing the job of more than one person.
Cons: Room was ok, but priced a bit on the high side because it was busy for a weeknight.
Pros: Cheap room, very clean, staff was extremely friendly! Would definitely recomend and stay at again.
Pros: Room dirty , no pillow cases , no towes ,front desks rude
Pros: Staff was nice. . .
Cons: .... but they lost my reservation, then told me I needed to rebook my room and then told me they found it. They then proceeded to give me a key with 215written on the envelope. Turns out we were supposed to be in room 115. Once we got in the room, the too had a seriously bad odor, the air conditioning didn't work, walls and carpet were filthy, bathroom door was difficult to shut as if the door was slightly too large. I've stayed at nice best westerns before but this is a dump compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at.
Pros: The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.
Something along the lines of what one would expect at a high end luxary resort.
Pros: They feed you like kings. The staff are all very friendly and they have great rates. The walls are well insulated because we all slept well; not normally easy for me. I feel comfortable have my family stay here and I'm pretty picky.
Cons: The maids could pay better attention to detail but other than that, we were quite pleased.
Pros: Location was fine.
Cons: Staff incompetent with no follow through.
1. Staff lost my reservation. I initially did not have a room. The front desk had no record of me or my reservation.
2. The desk clerk offered to reserve a specific room for me to make up for their error (see above). When checked in no room had been assigned to me.

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The location was perfect with a lot of food choices nearby and lots to do.
Cons: The bed mattress's were old and lumpy and the television channels were limited with about 10 channels. Other than that there is no other complaints!
Pros: Clean, spacious room
Cons: Slow elevator
Enjoy your visit to Roseville with a stay at Extended Stay America Sacramento - Roseville. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6 AM and 9:30 AM. Bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all rooms.
Cons: The stairs are loose and dangerous.
Someone else's panties left in the room from previous guest.
Remote Control doesn't work, even with new batteries
Front Desk staff rude and disrespectful.
Pros: This place is horrible.
Cons: Blood splatter on wall, door had been kicked in, filthy, drunkards fighting next door, previously on fire. I got my money back. Seriously stay away.
Pros: Plenty of parking
Cons: Lost my reservation, cigerette ashes on pillow cases, needle lid on floor, as well as more ashes and sunflower seeds. This was marked a smoke free room. Reserved a down stairs room, was given an upstairs room. A lady of the night was conducting her business next door. Broken glass littered the parking lot. Several intoxicated people riddled the area. You dont even need proof of identification or what room you're in to get a key. Lobby smelled of urine. Continental breakfast was toast, cereal, milk, and orange juice.
Pros: Absoultey Nothing and waiting for my money to be returned to my account. This place is surrounded by drug users and it is filthy!!! I would not let me dog stay in that room. This place needs to totally reinvent itself for I would never recommend to others.
Pros: The staff at ne check in was cordial when I checked in. After going to my room I left the site to tend to business app. On my way out i had to inform the checked in counter that there was only a wash cloth and hand towel, the refer was not working and the telephone did not work. Reading 8ther reviews, the towel are no surprise, but a telephone is useless if you can call the front desk or outside in case of any emergency. I got the towels.
This motel/hotel had probably been a nice place at one time, but those days have passed. Lots of resident living. Not the best location if you have a family or a single person traveling by yourself. Spend a little more and feel safe.
Cons: Unfortunately I thought I could handle a discounted hotel, but there is no excuse for not repairing or taking out items that do not function. The place had walls And doors that had been kicked in or punched. The carpet had large stains. The staff tried there best but it dint help.
Cons: there was only 2 bath towels in a room. i called staff to bring us more towels, they did not even show up.
they don't have good internet connection at all.
it was so getto. seems like honeless are hanging out around there.
Pros: I liked how close it was to where I live
Cons: There were NO towels, washcloths or bath mats. Also, when I stdyed there the cops were raiding the motel and had the streets blocked off. I feel I should have been compensated for the unconvinced!
Pros: The price. And location to Old Town Roseville.
It was an OK place to stay with my brother, for one night as we went to a concert nearby and had some drinks
Cons: This is the kind of place I wouldn't mind staying in as a young 20 something year old. If I checked in with my wife, we would have checked out and gone elsewhere.
Looked like it also had long term residents living there as well.
Cons: Facility was dirty and short staffed.
Pros: It was the worst hotel experience of my life.
Cons: It was literally the worst experience I've ever had at at hotel. I will never ever stay at this location, and I will be more cautious about looking for hotels on kayak.com. I was locked out of my room for an entire night, and was promised to be let in to gather my belongings when the manager would bring a master key at 8:00am. The manager arrived with the key two hours late "due to traffic" that was non-existent and when the worker tried to open the door it didn't work. Over an hour later, a maintenance worker arrived and pulled out the AC unit and crawled through to retrieve my belongings. The room next to ours had the metal door completely smashed in and there was caution tape everywhere. The worker said it had been the site of a domestic violence incident. The blinds were completely open and we could see severe property damage and evidence of violence on the inside. It looked like a set from Breaking Bad. The room we stayed in was completely disgusting and we documented all of this with photographs.
