Cons (-) Upon arrival the heat was turned off in all rooms. It was approximately 45 degrees in the room and took over 5 hours to heat up. Some rooms rented the heat was either hot or cold, it did not automatically stabilize heat setting. There was no heat in the hallways between rooms. Family had made reservations for 3 rooms and when arrived all the reservations we missing. Hotel is one of two in the town...
