Cons. The heating/AC return being right next to the bed was not ideal in the it was pretty loud when it would cycle on.
Pros. Loved the staff and hotel and room was immaculate. Everyone from the front desk personel to the cleaning staff was very friendly and warm. All initiated conversation with me which was very welcoming environment. I was also concerned since I was traveling with a small cat, even though she would only be with me a short period. I was worried that I would get a negative response to having a pet and it was quite the opposite! The clerk working thay evening was very curious and excited to hear I had my pet with me. Experiencing that and seeing other animals there as well was extremely satisfying. Kudos to the management and crew of this hotel. You guys are doing it right!
Cons. Road coming from interstate can be confusing because it is not well marked (the road, not the hotel). Also lots of VERY large potholes in that same area turning from the interstate that are impossible to see at night due to no lights. None of this is the hotels fault!! I just figure maybe if they have enough ammo (customer complaints) about the road maybe the city will go patch up that area. These are my only complaints and they aren't even about the hotel!
