Pros (+) Nothing! Booked this place because it boasts private beach and pool - they don’t tell you that “dune view” rooms are down the road across the street from any amenities! Guy at the desk looked at our reservation and said “yup - dune view room top floor” but we were put on the ground floor and the only view from the deck is the overgrown shrubs! Bugs in room - seriously outdated and run down.
Cons (-) Honesty! They make it sound like a clean, comfortable room with a view - none of which is true. When I asked about a room near in the area of the amenities, was told that all king rooms are across the street and it’s not that far of a walk! Watched the guy at the desk hang up on multiple callers without even saying hello!
