The facility was extremely dirty. The one upside was the location that it had a pool on the beach and even that closed at sundown. The door had a mag card key slot that didn't actually work, we had to use a hard copy key to go in and out. We also had to manually lock the door each time we came in and out. there was a room next to us that was empty and really creepy with a big pad lock on the door. Everything was very outdated, the grout in the room and bathroom was dirty and almost black. The valet was $20/night on top of $15/day resort fee on top of nightly rate and the valet took 20-30 minutes each time to get the car. The staff were pleasant I had no complaints about that but overall the facility was just outdated and did not live up to the photos online.
There is absolutely nothing positive about this hotel shy of possibly where it is located. It is delapidated, outdated, dirty and staff are rude with the exception of the bellman. In all my years I have never stayed at a worse hotel.
Right on the beach, nice hotel, great view. Most of the staff are very friendly.
There is no parking and you have to valet your car. The valet's aren't very nice especially when you have to get your car back.
Water front intent as it was built
Our first room pest problem noisy Ac rattling water pipe leaking toilet and more Totaly out dated second room pest multable ant roach leaking shower second day we could not turn on to shower arrogant house keeping noisy Ac furniture and doors falling a part pool staff arrogant and don't know how to handle some guest have zero understanding others disrespect female we have to call security to handle just do your self a favor stay a way
The location is excelent
The Check-In hour at 4:00pm its too late!!! and Check-Out at 11:00am... that's a rob!!! Most hotels have their check-in around 1:00 to 3:00pm, and the check-out at 12:00pm...please fix that!!! ...and above that, a bald man in the front desk was very despot and conceited. Nobody wants to return with that man.
The only thing is good for this hotel is location.
Hotel is old, moldy bathrooms, windows that are not secured, on a windy day feels like windows will fall off, and you can hear the wind at night, which is loud. You pay for your stay, yet if you want to use lounge at the beach, they charge you additional $30.00 fee daily per person which is not included in hotel fees, I feel this hotel is a rip-off.
We liked being on the beach. The Bell hops were very helpful and prompt.
Food was bad and expensive. Room was loud, stinky and tiling was bad enough to stub your toes on. Additional 'resort' fee and valet charges made the place $35 more expensive each day than the base price implies. They gave us a first floor room for our anniversary with no view and loud noises on the roof. Don't stay on the 1st floor.
Found hair on the bathroom floor after room cleaned, informed front desk, next day, the same amount of hair from day before still there. Cleaning removed the used towels but didn't leave new ones, nor soap or shampoo. Magnetic key didn't work was provided with a real key to open the bolt lock from the door (was told half of the rooms the magnetic keys don't work), had to remember to lock it with the key before leaving, inconvenient to carry all day. Had a lot of attitude from few of the valet guys, not friendly. A lot of stains on carpet, chair and curtains. Black dust around the vent exhaust throughout the hotel. No breakfast included. .
the reception staff were very helpful in both check in and check out .
I didn't like the way the house keeping do the cleaning because in 2 days they didn't provide the room with any towels.i got the towels from the front desk staff. Also for the brkefast, the finishing time should be extended during week end up to 11:00 AM.
the view from the room was great. the room was clean and ready when we got there. i was very impressed.
After staying in many Hotels over a 3 week period we found Ramada Marco Polo had the best buffet breakfast. plenty of variety.
Sliding doors to balcony were rusted & hard to open & close.
Location. It is on the beach.
The pool was empty the 2 days we were there. My room didn't have a balcony and a microwave.
It was beautiful ... every bit as nice as the photos on the Web site. Even though they had to close the pool for repairs, they compensated with free beach chairs and umbrellas. We were pleased to find that our discounted room fare still allowed us a room overlooking the beach.
filthy, run down
the hotel was very worn out and dirty and we did only stay 1 night.
Location of the hotel is good. Area around swimmingpool is good.
The room looked a little tired. Breakfast could be better. Staff was ok, but the woman at check in at breakfast, should learn to say goodmorning with a smile, to make a good day for the guests.
