Pros:Everything was very clean. Pool area was very nice. Their new bar has fantastic food that you dont want to miss. Very good staff
Cons:Beds in our room were very uncomfortable.
Pros:I liked the pools were heated and we were right on the beach
Cons:there were never any clean pool towels the whole stay. I would have brought my own from home, but all hotels I've stayed in myrtle beach have had pool towels available in designated areas. you had to ask front desk for them and they were always out and it took forever to even ask, as there was a long line for other reasons and maybe only one person working
Pros:The Tradewinds Cafe and Tiki Beach Bar were great, as was the view of the beach and tropical style property from the balcony.
Cons:The suite has an unusual layout, with 3/4 high walls with windows separating the bed area from the hall and sunken living room.The effect is a little dark and claustrophobic. The air ducts seemed to have mold on the outside (a gray/black film) and the air in the room was not fresh smelling.The bed and bath linens were dingy. Someone came in our room while we were out on our last morning (in spite of No Maid Service Wanted sign) and took away the bath towels without leaving new ones. The unknown visitor also closed the safe (which luckily we had not used). Nothing personal was taken. The internet connection did not require a password.

Cons:Rooms were moldy - doors slamming all night - staff was surly - no luggage carts available
