Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. The staff at check in were very nice.
Cons (-) The temperature in the room was poorly controlled. Our room went from too hot to sleep to freezing and let’s put on some more covers. This made it difficult to sleep.
Pros (+) The reception on the fifth floor was great for dinner/drinks (floor costs extra money). The hostess while I was there did a great job of serving people and making them comfortable.
Pros (+) comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff at the registration desk.
Cons (-) The room smelled stale and the windows didn't open to freshen the stale smell. The soundproofing was poor, we could hear someone in the next room coughing. The carpet in the hall was worn & shabby, the doors to some of the room had cheep press boards screwed into the door.
