Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and local attractions as a major positive. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and poor customer care. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with mentions of mold, roaches, and unpleasant odors. Noise levels, especially from neighboring rooms and external equipment, were frequently criticized. Some guests found the rooms small or in need of upgrades, though a few appreciated the historic atmosphere and occasional room upgrades. Overall, while the location stands out as a clear strength, service, cleanliness, and noise issues detracted from the experience.
