Excellent location, easy access to town and area attractions. Nice complimentary breakfast that keeps full until dinner. Over all a positive experience! ! Wait staff a bit slow, but pretty pleasant
Nice views..Also got some discount for Mystic mountain attractions. - No Wi-Fi - Very old buildings and need facelift. At least new painting outside. - Cab service through hotel is more expensive than outside cab services like 'Juta' - Lots of drama around modifying the stay.
The view from the room Very long hill to walk up and down.
The bartender and the restaurant owner was nice Didn't get the room I paid for, we were placed in the back by near the woods, the room was filthy, no hot water, dirty linen, nasty attitude if you complained. One room flooded. Hotel should be taken off this site and every other search engine.
The room was big, and the location was close to lots of activites. Some being within walkin distance or they offered a taxi free of charges. Additionally, free wi-fi and breakfast was a perk. however there was absolutely no water pressure and the hot water only lasted 3-5 minutes. taking a cold shower after being on a sandy beach was not ideal.
I can't believe a resort in Jamaica would only serve instant coffee. For this reason alone I most likely will not return.
The location. There was no hot water. The air conditioning wasn't adequate. The beds were very small. I felt like the towels were rationed.
The room size is impressive and it has a huge and quite comfortable bed. No ocean view as mentioned in the choice of room. Furniture is getting old!
It's centrally located in Ocho Rios. Basically like a downtown area. The hotel needs maintenance. Fresh paint, landscaping, and pest control
The staff was very friendly. I especially like that there was no pressure for anything. Some resorts always want to sell you something. The breakfast was awesome and the staff friendly and courteous. We felt safe the entire stay. The pool and its surroundings need a bit of a facelift otherwise everything was great for the price
I lovee the privacy we had to ourselves.. Hotel employee who worked in the buffet and the rasta house keeper as well as the entire front desk was so nice. Great Wish we had access to get drinks and snacks around the clock. But that's the least.

This was the worst hotel... More like a motel.
The staff and location The state of the room the curtains was very very dirty the mold on the wall and the bath room was very dirty
Basically a hotel similiar to a run down holiday inn or Howard Johnsons. Had a small pool, mostly used by children and parents. Many locals in the pool area and by the adjacent beach. Beach access was great. Had a bar pool side. Great location. Great hotel if you just need a basic room and plan to do most activities around town or in the many tourist attractions around the city. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well as a burger king, KFC and Pizza Hut. Shopping within walking distance as well. Basic breakfast included - toast, small danish, cereal, coffee and orange joice/milk. Eggs/potatoes/bacon available for order/cost. Cleanliness of the rooms. Stayed for 6 days, sheets were not changed once. Safe was broken, safety latch on the door was broken. Thin walls. Toilet ran all day/night.
I liked the fact that the beach was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel looked old. The hotel had roaches. Hotel did not have an elevator. Wasn't all inclusive.
The location and the fact that everything was within walking distance. The food was awful, The internet was deplorable, they should get that fix before advertising that internet is available. I did not get my monies worth. I could not wait to leave.
Being right in the town of Ocho Rios ... Not needing to drive to get supplies. Dunns river being only 5 mins away driving. And the staff was pretty cool. Besides from the pool being a little outdated ... But who goes to the pool when you have the beautiful beaches like the one by the hotel. Also the wifi was a little spotty but who cares. You vacationing to get away ... No phones are always best.
