Pros (+) I was able to communicate via FB messenger with Ronald the operations manager prior to arrival. This was a special touch which I appreciated as he was able to provide suggestions and answer questions prior to our arrival. Listen to him about the need for a four wheel drive vehicle! I tried the access road to the hotel without the four wheel drive and started to slide back. It wasn’t even mud seaso...
Cons (-) More staff on the first day or two of our stay. Understandable though considering there was only 4-5 customers at the Resort including ourselves.
