Pros. I was able to communicate via FB messenger with Ronald the operations manager prior to arrival. This was a special touch which I appreciated as he was able to provide suggestions and answer questions prior to our arrival. Listen to him about the need for a four wheel drive vehicle! I tried the access road to the hotel without the four wheel drive and started to slide back. It wasn’t even mud season! This hotel is absolutely stunning! It only has 12 rooms, therefore the staff is very attentive! We were greeted for an easy check in and offered refreshments which was great after the five hour drive from our previous hotel. Our first full night happened to be on a Sunday, and at first we felt service was unhappy slow and disappointing. We then learned that there was only us and one other couple staying there at the time. Due to COVID and reduced stays they were forced to reduce their staff. But my wife and I both agree, everyone at the hotel was VERY hard working and worked extremely hard to meet our requests. It was very clean and expected COVID precautions were taken by all of the staff. The view from Hotel 360 is stunning. The sunset each evening stunning. The hotel offers unobstructed ocean views as well as good Mountain View’s. Lounging in the infinity while watching a pair of eagles fly in the area and the ocean was our favorite past time. Each morning breakfast was made to order and included. We sampled all of the regional cuisine available. My wife and I both agreed it was all fantastic and seasoned perfectly. Another warning: their home made hot sauce is much hotter than the bottled hot sauce in the states! Whoa! All of the food and drinks here were fantastic and fresh. My wife and and I are both foodies, and there was definitely nothing prepackaged or frozen used. The prices were very fair especially considering the boutique resort we were at. We have to give a special shout out to our waiter and bartender Fabrisio. He always went above and beyond to assure we had a great time. Whether it was keeping our pool cocktails full or physically moving a table to the other side of the pool so we could enjoy a quiet dinner (there was a rather loud group there our last night) he did so with a smile and sense of humor! Our last night we asked the chef to prepare a special dinner for us. My wife and I both love seafood, and asked him to put something together with the fresh local variety. It was a 12/10! Absolutely delicious! We both wish we could have ordered another plate of what he made! In all it was an excellent experience! We cannot wait to go back and recommend it anyone looking for a fantastic get way to reconnect with each other.
Cons. More staff on the first day or two of our stay. Understandable though considering there was only 4-5 customers at the Resort including ourselves.
