It's rundown, it's bare bones, the so-called "breakfast" is cereal that's been handled enough to put into a generic container, one serving pitcher with whole milk, and a waffle maker that was questionably clean. So, if you drink anything other than whole cow's milk (which absolutely no one I know does in 2022, but I presume there are folks that do), you are out of luck. If you have any food allergies, you are out of luck. If you have medical or cultural or religious food restrictions, you are most likely out of luck. If you prefer to eat even slightly healthy, yep, you guessed it, you're out of luck. The one young woman who checked us in was very, very quiet, but she was polite and helpful about grabbing us a cart. The guy at checkout couldn't have been bothered if we were on fire. The room itself seemed clean, but the place as a whole was more "meh". Broken things, cracked things: just, stripped down and deteriorating was my impression. Super unimpressed and won't stay at one of these again. We avoided this brand for the rest of our 3000+ mile trip and will continue to do so in the future.
Cons:Ants found on the towels. Electricity in bathroom sounded like it was running on a generator. Upon checkout staff did not smile or engage.
Pros:Easy check in and check out. Quiet through out hotel. Overall it was a great little getaway for my husband and me.
Cons:No major issues. The pressure for jets in hot tube could have been stronger. The bed was a little to firm for us. Again, wasn't a big deal.
Pros:I loved the hot full breakfast, and using the indoor pool and hot jacuzzi. I also enjoyed the 12:00 checkout time
Pros:Decent room but a little outdated for the money. Comfortable bed. Large room. Airport shuttle
Cons:Night clerk was talking on speaker phone with computer tech support at 3am and woke me up. My room was really close to the lobby and sound seems to carry really good throughout the hotel. Also asked for a 4:30 am wake up call and didn't get it.
Pros:Clean, friendly, location, good value.
Pros:The room was big and the Indoor pool was nice!
Pros:Overall it seemed clean, but there was definitely clutter/trash that would build up in certain areas.
Cons:The trash was not taken out frequently enough in the breakfast area. They actually just brought over a 4th trash can instead of emptying the 3 full ones. We had to ask for pool towels on all 3 trips to the pool - they were not kept well stocked. The 1st trip, they didn't even have any clean ones available. We were also put in a room with a king instead of a double which we had reserved.
