9.0 Excellent
Cons: I can't have dairy and there was nothing that I could eat at breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great.
Cons: It could use some updates, way too expensive for what one gets.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Room was relatively clean. Bed was comfortable. The facilities themselves are not my issue at all. The hotel is managed by two extremely aggressive verbally abusive con artist who steal from poor people and take advantage of unsuspecting guests.
Cons: I have never in my life had a more humiliating and traumatic guest experience in all of my years staying in hotels or any business for that matter. General and assistant managers Ashley and Christina not only went out of their way to be rude vulgar they swore at me they shamed me they kept my security deposit and still haven't given me any reason why. I have attempted to remedy this nightmare by going through Choice Hotels corporate level and have not gotten any results. do not stay here! They are thieves ! I'm guessing they have some sort of a scam going on with keeping Cash security deposit for no reason, which they're choosing people that obviously don't have a traditional credit card or cant use their bank card because of the delay that sometimes occurs by a bank waiting a few days to return money. This experience has taught me to change the way I view all hotels and I have retained an attorney in this matter.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was affordable for the quality
Cons: The room we were given was right next to the outside door to the hall and it slammed so loud all through the night. Also, we reserved a king but none were left so had to do doubles
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean
Cons: Air conditioning struggled to keep humidity out of room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff is not very friendly
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was slightly different every day, and very adequate for our needs. Customer service by staff was excellent. One little problem was instantly fixed. They even had plenty of free copies of the local paper, which was a surprise.
Cons: The first night they had a storm problem and some of the cable channels were out, but that was fixed next day. I really didn't have anything else I did not like. Not the newest and fanciest place, but very nicely kept and a great value for our money.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious for the price.
Cons: Breakfast was lackluster compared to what I expected, however I did not eat until 9:30.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed. Large room.
Cons: Large cobweb above the mirror. Bathroom ceiling texture layer bubbling and ready to fall down. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. No forks and no one around to ask.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable room; nice breakfast in morning; ideal location for our needs
Cons: Only problem was that the room we were assigned at check in was still occupied. But a replacement was quickly arranged.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable. Had breakfast on their first level, the corned beef hash was wonderful.
Cons: The bathroom was quite small, and it could do with an upgrade. The service at breakfast wasn't very good. Although personable, the wait staff wasn't anywhere around for at least 10 minutes. We were ready to walk out when someone noticed another couple who had entered at about the same time. Staff was not attentive, it took more than 15 minutes for us to receive our bill after we had clearly finished eating. But if you're getting the breakfast buffet, these problems can be overlooked.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was definitely the best.
Cons: It is time to update things. It was however clean but it was dated. The pool and hot tub seemed murky in coloring. We used it with no ill effects though.
1.0 Poor

Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: Loud guests in the hall
6.0 Good
Pros: King size bed was nice. Room also had a couch. The bathroom was clean.

Pros: Location is very good.
Cons: The hotel is old and run down. Curtains torn. Wallpaper coming down and old. Only one trash can in the room. No information on how to use TV. Beds were worn. Carpets need to be replaced throughout. Coffee at front desk was strong and old. This used to be a Holiday Inn and I visited there years ago many times and it was nice, but new owners haven't put any money into it and have let it get run down. It has a strange smell every where. Not enough hair shampoo and conditioner.

Pros: Breakfast hot food was Fair-poor quality.
Cons: Eggs and Sausage could be greatly improved. thank you.
4.5 Okay
Cons: I didn't care for being for more money after the room had been paid for on line. The was being accused for being a thief before I stayed there. The food being served at breakfast was out dated and stale.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Plenty of channels to pick from on tv and the water gets really hot in the shower. For getting a lower priced hotel, there were no bed bugs, that’s always a plus!
Cons: They can’t improve anything because of how old the hotel is and where it’s located. I don’t even think remodeling would help. My husband did say when he walked in the hotel was a weird smell, a different smell on the elevator and a third smell in the room. I smell something when I walked in the hotel, but nothing after because I have bad allergies.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Close proximity to downtown and not far from where I had to be for work.
Cons: Paint was wearing off window frame, huge horrible patch job on ceiling ( maybe previous water leak), patch didn't match ceiling texture. Shower grout was nasty and wal in bathroom was falling apart and in need of major repair. Hotel needs major renevation.

Cons: Love evey thing !!!!!!????
4.5 Okay
Pros: We needed a place to stay for only one night that would allow animals. In that sense, Days Inn completely satisfied. Staff was friendly.
Cons: They offered free breakfast however the food was very questionable. Peanut butter packets were hard as bricks - not spreadable. Cheese omelets were prepackaged and kept on top of the microwave... Who knows for how long. Hardly any room to actually sit down for breakfast. Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Dirt all along the mop board. Beds were broken down. All you could feel were the springs. Pets aren't allowed to be left in rooms - hadn't experienced this at any other hotel or inn before. Feel as though I overpaid for what I got.

5.7 Okay
Pros: Location is fantastic for this LEED certified hotel. Ver modern design and room furnishings. Food looked good coming out of the top floor CityVu.
Cons: Lots of out of order signs, parking lot chaos during happy hour, hallway not swept during stay, uncomfortable unsupportive bed for a large frame person. Expensive for this level of service.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Wasn't worth the money at all no breakfast just no extra amenities.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was fabulous #311
Cons: Our appetizer was slapped down on our table by the bus girl instead of being served more professionally. One key card did not work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well run, great sense of style and centrally located!
7.0 Good
Cons: I did not like how there was not any type of door or closure blocking the shower area off from the sink area. We also had trouble with our keys deactivating which caused trouble getting around the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room and hotel was very clean. Location. Modern hotel. Security was great-had to use hotel room key card to use the elevator to go up to the room. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The heating in the room was not consistent. Many times the fan would blow cold air into the room even though I had the thermostat temperature to 75. Wish the coffee shop and restaurant were open, but I knew that before we came.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Convenient parking lot, everything in town walking distance, great restaurants nearby, great happy hour climate in city lounge and city vu. Hotel, restaurant, and bar all reasonably priced.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly; size of room; full kitchen
Cons: Staff was practically non-existent. No service, had to ask for sheets to change my own bed and clean towels, knocked on our door 5 mins past check out time our last day while it was pouring rain and we're loading car to ask if we were staying or leaving.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk was ok, nothing that I could say was really awesome customer service. Checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast selection was fantastic. Food was warm and fruit and yogurts were cold.
Cons: The cleanliness of the place needs some help. We wanted to sit outside and eat our breakfast, however, between the cigarette ashes and beer caps it was disgusting. The hot tub was nice but the tile area and parts where we walked was was not good...a little more attention to detail would make me rank the REsidence Inn like others I have stayed in across the country.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good. The room was also nice for the price. And the hotel was not too far from Saugatuck.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I am visiting my ill father and this place works well for a home away from home. There is a nice kitchen and a good sofa and even a desk for working. It is like a sweet studio apartment for a short time. It works for me.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Sharon was great for check in and went above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate our request.

Pros: The breakfast was very good and the motel was very clean. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: No one told me there would be a $40.00 preauthorization fee, For that reason, I will not use booking.com again and I will not stay at the Fairfield Inn again. That was not agreed upon or even mentioned. My account should be credited the $40.00 fee. In my opinion that fee is a scam.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Booked room for my daughter to go swimming and jacuzzi, heater was broken pool was freezing as was jacuzzi . I requested prior to stay jacuzzi tub in room which I was told I’d been upgraded but when I voiced my disappointment was only told sorry

7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great and the eggs were extra fluffy. The room was very clean.
Cons: The spa was not in commission while we were there for 3 nights. Very disappointed in the front desk clerk. When spoken to her attention was elsewhere not face to face. For example when I was getting ready to leave she barely acknowledged me. Did not ask how my stay was. I also had to address to her that I wanted to join the awards program, and would not have known about it had I not received a txt. There were pamphlets in the room however, never verbally informed upon check-in or check-out.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Unruly guests in the middle of the night making too much noise in the Halls.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great for getting around the area. Easy access from US 31.
Cons: Value not in the property for the price paid. Should have been the price of a Motel 6. That is what the value I would give this property.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms were tired and had a musty smell.
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The beds are uncomfortable. We booked for 4 and only had 2 towels. Tried to get extra pillows as they are very flat, there were none. No coffee maker, nothing for the kitchenette, shower wouldn’t drain. Charged me $15 more than my reservation price quote and wouldn’t fix it.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was clean...the kitchenette was a nice amenity.
Cons: We booked through booking.com, which named a price of 241 for 2 nights. When we checked in, we were charged 265. When I showed them the booking.com receipt, they adjusted the amount to 255. I said it should be 241 as agreed upon by us and booking.com. They said we would have to wait and they would figure something out. When we went to check out, they dropped the price to 244, but they refused to drop it to 241 which was the agreed on price from booking.com. I think good customer service would dictate that they honor the booking service's price, and not put that on their customers to fix. Needless to say, we will not be back, if customer satisfaction doesn't mean any more than that to them.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very minimal. No hand towels. Sink was clogged. Family next to us toilet was clogged. Minimal towels.
Cons: Always had to call front desk.
2.5 Mediocre

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: The beds weren’t the most comfy and the fact that there is a range in the room but no pots/pans or anything is weird, also no hairdryer or coffee maker. Just the basics
