Pros (+) Very clean, staff was great.
Cons (-) No food or bar open so a little inconvenient but it is what it is.
Pros (+) The room was nice and in good condition. View was good too. Good location right off Route 4 and close to shops and restaurants.
Cons (-) Walls are way too thin. Even on an upgraded floor, we could everything our neighbors said. For a business location mixed with leisure, it was impossible to sleep through our neighbors late night escapades.
Pros (+) Hotel was clean and comfortable. I will stay again for Amway Center events and access to Church Street.

Cons (-) First of all the staff was awful, it was the day before of my wedding and me and my friends had a lot of luggage and nobody that worked at the hotel helped us they saw us but did not do anything to help us with the luggage. Second there was no fridge at the room my flowers were dying and last one the room was dirty, I don't like it at all and I don't recommend this hotel.
