Idk because Kayak didn’t book my hotel and I lost out on $300
Kayak could have booked my hotel so I didn’t lose $300
Landscaping and location were nice.
Hotel is starting to show its age. Rooms are a little banged up. On site restaurant is mediocre. Business services staff, and particularly those at the UPS store were fantastic.
Close to convention center.
Front desk was fairly rude upon check in. I missed my international arrival flight and sent a message to hotel to warn them, yet was told I was “lucky” to still have the remainder of my 4 night stay. Then they refused to give Hilton Honors points because it was booked with Kayak, then charged for water in the room because I didn’t have enough earned enough points to deserve a bottle of water. They failed to pick up my in room breakfast order I put on the door before 2am like they offered, and didn’t get a good night sleep for 3 straight nights due to thin walls and an overly loud air conditioner. In all- this wasn’t a buisnesman’s Doubletree by Hilton experience- this was a Doubletree nickle-and-dime the mid-western families first and last time in Orlando experience.
Large vanity area, multiple pools, kids amenities (pool table, foosball, life size checkers, putt putt), Starbucks, pizza was delicious, large courtyard, fire pits
Smell in bathroom (water), long walk between amenities, paying for parking
Pool and service
The rooms are old af. This hotel needs an update badly
Bed was very comfortable
If I would not have been charged everyday I was there for valet parking and self parking with only one vehicle, it seems it would be a little difficult to park one vehicle in 2 different parking lots at the same time
Great customer service, clean and nice
Did not have cold water on our floor. Others I was traveling with didn’t have hot water. There was mold in the shower. The walls are thin so you hear the TV of your neighbors at all hours.
Location to the parks is great.
Toilet barely flushed. Had to flush multiple times. Shower was loose. Beds were uncomfortable.
The room was clean, bed comfortable. HBO channels free.
Self-parking fee too high. No refrigerator in room. Exterior entrances to room makes it noisy. Should at leas give 1 bottle of water free. HBO signal kept going out.
