Pros:Staff was nice.
Cons:Room was moldy and mildewy. Carpet was old, filthy and wet. Corners had mold. Furniture seemed like it was old and Very very used.
Pros:Close to sea world and about 25 -30 mins from Disneyworld and universal
Cons:Breakfast foods were low to average quality
Pros:All the service staff in the morning serving and assisting with breakfast were extremely helpful and nice. They seemed happy to be there and set the tone for a good day ahead.
Cons:Some of the facilities seem a little worn and in need of a refresh but nothing major.
Pros:The staff at the breakfast were excellent. They were very attentive and made sure every guest found every food selection or utensil they needed. There was also a wide selection of breakfast food available.

Pros:The staff is very friendly, they repeatedly apologized for our fridge problem and offered us to keep our food in their private fridge. Free breakfast! They have a variety of foods for both adults and young kids. Cereals, granolas, eggs, bacon, pancakes, mickey waffles (you make them yourself but its fairly simple), bagels, fruits, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and anything else I might've forgotten. My main reason for booking at Best Western Plus by the Convention Center was for the decent driving distance from Magic Kingdom (20 minutes away) while having a good price and free breakfast. They also have a pool and gym equipment, I didn't use either of them but it's a nice option for other hotel guests. Overall I would stay here again, if there' s any problem the staff is so friendly and tries their best in finding a solution. Really enjoyed my stay here!
Cons:Our fridge wasn't working when we arrived but the staff sent a maintenance guy the next morning and we had no issues with it afterward. There was a slight damp smell in our room when we arrived but leaving the air conditioning running the whole day got rid of the smell.
