The bar area was nicer than most Hyatt House hotels I e stayed at. The whole wall opens up to fire pits next to the pool. Cool area to hang out with friends and have cocktails.

Cons (-) The front desk has zero clue what’s going on. The check in process was horrible. We tried checking in 3 hours early and they charge $30 more to check in early. We agreed to pay it which was ridiculous if our room was ready. After we waited 30 Min we were told that there wasn’t a room ready. Pros (+) The bed was so comfy and the pillows too. The amenities were nice and clean. It was quiet. By proximity alone it was worth staying here to by pass the crazy Orlando traffic. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Orlando we will stay again. The breakfast buffet was grand and so nice to have to not worry about what to eat when you wake. Great job Hyatt, I’m looking forward to trying...
