The hotel has clearly been remodeled, but it at times just feels like an old hotel with a modern facade. Our room had two queen beds, and both comforters were dirty (with red and brown stains). A member of the housekeeping staff was hostile when we nicely requested for extra towels. Nonetheless, the front desk crew were nice and tried to accommodate us the best they could. However, the hotel really needs to step up their cleanings. It wasn't a terrible stay, but I will not return unless it's the only viable option.
Nice staff
The hotel was clean and close to many attractions. Room was spacious. Drawback was they are doing construction, mattresses have seen better days and pillows are the cheapest around. My biggest issue was that our ac broke during our 1st night. We called the front desk twice in the morning, and again when we were getting ready in the afternoon. It was never checked. Finally they sent someone to check it and stated it needed to be replaced. This is unacceptable. We had 3 small kids with us, medicine that went bad and we ended uo getting sick after the stay. This could have been handled so much better.
