Parts of the room were dusty. The coffee machine and the clock radio especially.
Front desk was helpful with all our requests and even open to our request for a room viewing the large Christmas tree :) quality of the room was on par and well kept. Only constructive feedback I would have is to have more and better options for early morning 5-7 AM breakfast room service as well as a significantly better coffee. Honestly the coffee was terrible, essentially water with food colori...

Pros (+) Very attentive staff. All requests came almost immediately. I had an issue with a blanket and they sent the head of housekeeping up with a staff member to resolve it. Loved the facility! Super clean and all the conveniences I needed!!!
