Didn’t like having to park so far away and then was surprised with the $22 daily parking fee
My stay was ok until I come in contact with Jeff which mad it horrible
My family and I loved the pool area.
I had a 3 day 2 night stay and they didn’t clean my room not once while staying there even when I requested to have it clean at 4:30 on July 8th which was my daughters birthday. Also while leaving there was a long line so I walked over to Jeff to ask him if I had to stay in line to check out and he was extremely disrespectful. I’m not interested to stay there for that price with staff that have no personality
My children had a great time at the pool. They enjoyed it very well. Overall stay was great. We had the view towards the pool and it was an amazing view.
The pool was very big and spacious.
The a/c at night was a bit warm and one of the days before leaving was gloomy therefore the pool was cold when we were told it somewhat had a heater. But overall it wasn’t a big deal and the hotel was very nice.
Room service was not good, had difficulty to have them cleaning room
excellent location and veiw
Room service was not good, had difficulty to have them cleaning room one day they did not clean the room, sometimes they clean the room but they dont put drinking water, even sometimes ask the housekeeping to bring water, but they dont bring.
Staff & resort excellent!
I was guaranteed a resort view room. My room overlooked ventilation system & trash ! Upon opening balcony it sounded like a construction site & only view was of fans & concrete structures! Noise was so annoying I couldn’t open door wall day/night or enjoy balcony!
Great pool, great rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Food and drinks were overpriced. One of the restaurants would not take reservations, but also would not seat a group of 9 until 9pm (we checked with them at 5:30). We also wished the hotel had tennis courts!
From start to finish this resort is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and meet all of your needs. The property is emmaculate, the grounds are beautiful, and the variety of shops, restaraunts, and activities is perfect. I highly recommend this resort for both business, pleasure and families.
All business people
Business people for conference took over hotel. Not good for leisure
Family get away
The pool and food. The bed was comfortable. I did enjoy the laszer show.more
No phone reception, even after paying $19.00 for Wi-Fi. room too small , bath tub not clean, had to get house keeping to come clean the tubs. I had two rooms and both tubs were like that. Parking !!! Don't get me started on that. It was terriable. Rained us out for that Sunday Evening couldn't enjoy the activities , not the Hotels fought. All in an all we want be going back. It was an adventure.
Stay here all the time
Love the pool and slides , great value , in great location
The poolside bar and grill has a lot of issues , wether you are sitting down near the bar or sitting at your chair it is nearly impossible to get service. Every one you asked who worked there said they would send someone over but no one would ever come . Everyone at the place was complaining about the service . I had to switch seats at the restarant because I was tired of hearing someone was coming and by the pool I had to make believe I was sitting in a different section to get someone to help me . Then when you finally get the food it was high priced and poor value , salad at the cafeteria was better. Someone needs to fix the problem because it takes away from your day at the pool .
