The staff was very helpful and nice, breakfast - delicious. Nice clean, quiet room.
An excellent location from which to walk or bus into Oxford with off road car parking. Clean and comfortable bedroom with nice little extras like tissues,q tips.facial wipes and flannels. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast together with ceraels, fruit etc. Most friendly host.
Very friendly and chatty staff, really homey, welcoming, personable feel to the place. Could come and go as I pleased even though I had to return very late. They were flexible with my check in/out times.
The fire alarm went off on a sunday morning before 8am for about fifteen minutes!
Pat, the hotel owner was very friendly as most of the reviews of this hotel tell. As I was a solo traveler, it was good to be with a friendly owner while having breakfast.
Staff is very kind, and freindly. Dinning is beatiful and breakfast is very good. An atmosphere is excellent.
It is not always bad points, the mirror in lavatory is too high to use. But it is for European, so this may not be bad points.
Cosy and lovely rooms, excellent breakfast, good location, kind and cheerful hostess.
No real bad points except poor tv reception
Easy access to Oxford centre with bus stop close by; excellent breakfasts; very friendly and helpful hostess
Double room very cramped
Pleasant staff, warm welcome. Spotlessly clean. Good food. Advice given re local transport and local restaurants etc.
Tv in room only provided 2 channels, despite digital connection!
