Pros (+) The views are excellent but my favorite part is the deck. It is wonderful to sit out there as the sun goes down. The staff is both very helpful & very pleasant. Everyone, the front desk, cleaners & kitchen workers & servers were wonderful.
Cons (-) Add some pillows to the couches outdoors do they are easier to sit & relax on.

Pros (+) Good location with nice view of dam and Lake Powell.
Cons (-) Room tile floors were dirty and not pleasant to walk on. First floor was one level down from check in; no signs to tell you where to find your room when you get off of the elevator. Got charged for a "no show" in May 2017 despite having a cancellation number. Had to argue several times for a refund which they finally gave us.

Pros (+) Clean room and newer hotel with a great staff. The location is also great as it has easy access to the roadd.
Cons (-) The noise of the other guests and slow wifi otherwise it was a good last minute hotel choice. slow wifi hahaha
