This place was great. Less than five minute walk to ferry terminal and the same to shops and restaurants. Staff was great and the rooms were quaint and charming. Wifi was slow but hey your in Greece and probably shouldn't be on your phone but watching the sunset instead! Leaving this place!
apart from cleaning the room every day, they were also changing the bed-sheets every single day! poor internet connection to rooms far away from reception
Good location, close to Adahmas port. Room was extremely hot the moment the doors (opening to the garden) were closed. There was a fan on full blast that did not relieve the heat. It is not comfortable to have the doors opened at night for security and insect bites point of view. All the rooms in Lagada Beach really need an air condition system, particular in the scorching summer months.
A beautiful garden with swimming-pool next to a quiet beach.Comfortable room and quiet area, close to the centre.
the hotel look and the pool, little green area, breakfast fairly good rooms were not clean, it was inpossible to stay in a room which had no air conditioning
Location is great, nice swimming pool and friendly people. hard to sleep without airconditioning, breakfast was very poor.
This was a clean, comfortable and simple accomidation. Brilliant staff and stunning location. Only that they had no laundry facility. However, this was found in the nearby town.
The owners are kind and helpful. The cleaning staff likewise. The location is magnificent, with chairs and loungers to watch that sunset each evening - great. Other guests quiet and friendly. They do not take cards in payment and this is inconveient as there is no cash machine in Pollonia and also no receipt was given and I was not comfortable with this. The studio for three may have been crowded if it was three - we were two adults and it was fine although one adult had to sleep on a small single - maybe better for a couple.
Gorgeous location!! the staff is friendly and helpful!! heartily recommended to everybody whant to visit this beautiful island!!
the hotel owners were incredibly nice! i did not spend much time on milos but the owners were so nice that i can't wait to visit this hotel some time soon! the room is really cosy with a nice balcony. pollonia is a very nice district to stay with a decent beach and nice and affordable drinks and restaurants
A wonderful hotel, in a beautiful location. Roula and Makis are fantastically friendly hosts - Roula spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone to find us a hire car. The rooms are very well appointed, and extremely clean. Very close to the centre of Pollonia, but far enough away to feel remote. The best part is indeed the view of the wonderful sunsets and across to kimolos. A great place to base yourself for a relaxing trip to Milos (which is possibly the most beautiful beaches in Greece) I couldn't pay by credit card. Also no wireless internet (although that is because the connection bandwidth is very poor and is awaiting new cables being laid to Pollonia). Also there is limited hire car companies in Pollonia and no bank, so if you want to hire a car and need cash do it in Adamas
We loved the location. It was very peaceful and had gorgeous views along with comfortable seating options for sun and shade. The owners were very interested in our comfort as well as our island experience. They could not have been more gracious and helpful. The restaurants nearby they recommended were excellent. Nothing. The room we chose was small but still a good value for Greece, which is expensive. We could have upgraded but chose not to.
The amazing view, the owners very nice, very welcoming, caring a very authentic experience
The owners are very hospitable, they try very hard to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Wonderful personal touch. Genuine Greek style small hotel in an increadibly beautifull setting. Have travelled to over 30 Greek Islands this stay was one of our best It is very popular and can get full. Would have liked to have stayed longer.
Excellent location, good room with nice view over the sea. Peaceful. Nice staff. Friendly black cat.
The spectacular sunset views, the wonderful owners/staff, and the execellent village location. No
The breakfast was excellent.
great location lovely warm reception from the owner, and great breakfasts bit noisy at night
Comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast was good People at the reception were not very kind
Room's internet wasn't working. It's closer to the Port so there is much noisy. Street´s sound were intense at night.
Very friendly and helpful owners. Rooms are simple but modern and clean. Good location for exploring the island. Relaxing and informal breakfast area Only one negative point which is its closeness to the road which can be a bit noisy at times. However, thisd is a minor point.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They always gave some good indications: "what to do", "where to eat"... You will find them, when you need them. The room was small and the pictures of the booked room don't correspond to the room. Alexandros Village is in the countryside in the middle of the main roads of the island, even when in Milos there is not traffic jump, you listen the road all the night. In August, the value for money is really expensive.
The staff is amazing!!! and location is perfect to visit the island
Owner extremely friendly. great views of Milos. Very nice Bungalows
courtesy of the owner and his availability to help us for anything we needed no one. everything was really in compliance with the greek atmosphere
Owner recommended a great dinner spot and delivered us to the door, called taxis for us, and recommended a great lunch location next to the ferry. It is not within walking distance to the port, but the owner picked us up when we called. He later suggested that we could have had the tourist office call for us which would have been ideal since that office is right across from the ferry.
Ok in general, but way overpriced (E120/night) for what is offered.
The owner kostantinos is great. He can solve any problem you have. Just ask. The noise of the road but really is not so loud
We stayed at Alexandros Village for three days in a double bedroom with balcony. The rooms are spread out over terraces so it makes them quite private. The breakfast was very good and we spend one whole day by the pool, which we had to ourselves! I would definately recommend it.
Rooms very clean but overall the site needed a make over. This may have been due to our visit being at the end of the season. Breakfast buffet was self service and very good. Owner and Marina were very helpful. Located on a busy main road. We had a three bedded room which was of a good size but we were intially offered a double room which was very small and we refused.
Petros (the owner) as very friendly and helping. He takes the time to explain the worthwhile sights of Milos to all his visitors. Through him we were able to rent a car for cheap and with no worries. The hotel is ideally located close to the port (300m maybe), so that you can easily catch a boat early in the morning.
The owner called me before arrival to arrange his son to pick us up at the port. The kitchen was poorly equipped, as there was only one pen for cooking and nothing else. The airconditioning was not really doing it's job, so we had to keep the windows open all night, which caused us to head all the traffic from the road (quite loud on moments).
Best beds in Greece! Quiet location 50 meters from boulevard, bus stop, shops, car hire etc..Walking distance from ferry. Comfortable clean room, even with flatscreen, kitchenette. Owner very helpfull. Really nothing, this was the best room we have had in Greece in 6 years! And we were in many Greek rooms/studios.
