Good price, clean, big room, big bathroom and friendly personnel. Only 2 mins walk from the beach. Breakfast wasn't luxurious but good for only 4 Eur extra.
Drinks at buffet were not that delicious, thin coffee and artificial orange lemonade. Many elderly German and Dutch people.
nice, quiet hotel, with very helpfull receptionist, good value on internet service, just 5 mins from the beach clubs and shops.
The food was very good, mostly compared to the price.
There are only few parking lots, it was always a challenge to park near.
dirty, smelly and absolutely no value for money.
My stay was for a cycling holiday with club members. The hotel was set up to accomodate cyclists and their equipment and was well done. Food and accomodation were of a high standard.
Bar closed down at funny hours in the afternoon for unknown reasons?
Clean, good location, good food, good performance of the restaurant staff
Czech speaking woman on the recption was very unfriendly
The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.
This is a mainly German hotel, in a mainly German area of Palma. We, also, found some of the staff to be quite abrupt at times and they did cause us a few problems. I was asked to pay the night before we left and they claimed my credit card wouldn't work, leaving me with a night of worry, but it then worked in the morning. Some of the food also put us off at times.
Location close to the beach
Decor and interior of hotel quite rundown, no minibar
Nothing - see below...
Although we've already booked a double room in April, the receptionist told us that the hotel was fully booked and told us to check in at another hotel (Balenario 11), which was too far away...
24 hour check in. lady at reception was a great help
Its a bit dated and not the sort of money I would be expecting to pay for it.
