Pros. Nothing... the experience was horrible
Cons. Toilet didnt work.. room was dirty..wifi wouldn't work.. Manager was not helpful.. They left the dirty toilet plunger in the bathroom..and left their dirty gloves on while they touched everything..didnt try to sanitize anything. The manager..his wife and the "maintenance " man all told us problem was fixed... toilet still wouldn't flush when they left the room.

BOB PATEL ,told me directly they do not provide 100% customer satisfaction and that if I wanted a clean toilet (faces sprayed all over it) that I could go to the hotel across the street. Never apologized, refunded, and put his employees in awkward positions. Roaches under pillow and untreated "mystery" spots dried to all bedding. Previous guests fruit loops all over floor. THE The TOWELS oh the towels, Not stained but NEVER WASHED AND THEN REFOLDED FOR NEXT GUEST. MR. PATEL's solution was not that but a bold comment back of "There is nothing I will do to fix this and the housekeepers will not be willing to either." STAY AWAY
Cons. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was nothing like advertised, when I arrived they said there was no room available and didn't know why I was allowed to book a room. After having to argue 25 min the front desk finally put us in a diffrent room than we booked and extremely rude about it
Cons. Bed indicated someone had layed down on it. Toilet was overflowing & spilling water on floor. Hwd to wait 20 minutes because a couple as dissatisfied & cancelling rioms.
