Pros: Pick up/ drop off was quick and easy.Cons: The car got a flat tire. I called the emergency roadside number and was told it would be at least 3 hours before somebody could get to the car. I put the donut on the car and spent the next 2 hours talking to customer service and getting rerouted to another person/number before I finally just gave up. Drove the car on the interstate with a donut on it over an hour back to the Budget office. Nobody at the desk so just left the keys in the drop box.

Pros: Didn’t really like anything, except the fact that the car didn’t break down.Cons: I had to get three different cars, before I found one that smelled OK. The first two have been smoked in, and when I went back for the third I got some lip from the guy at the desk. I got into the third car, it had been smoked in as well and had not been cleaned. This time they had to use some cherry air freshener, so It smelled like fruity cigarettes. How nice. Also, the car oil change light was on. They did comp my gas, which was nice, but I would rather have paid for my gas and not smelled cherry cigs.

Pros: Honestly, nothingCons: We never even got the car. I reserved it for my workers to pick up. I made sure i put it in one of my guys names and paid for it with my card. When they got there they couldnt get it because i wasnt along! The girl at the desk was not helpful at all. Now im thankful for Uber tho!

Pros: Nothing. I was overcharged for the car I reserved online. I feel that is not fare.Cons: Not overcharges people for something they reserved online.

Pros: Staff was very friendly upon pick-up but we had to wait a while because they were busy or slow filling out paperwork. There was no one there when we dropped off the car because of our early flight.Cons: The car looked like it had been through a demolition derby. My wife took the keys back to the counter but the guy said the damage was caused by a hurricane. I don’t think so! Hurricanes don’t cause big scratches in cars and major dents on the side. We took numerous pictures of the car with my iPad,

Poor customer service experienceCons: Given a jeep that had one back taillight smashed in and a slow leak in one of the tires. We were traveling across state lines with two young children, very frustrated to drive an unreliable car, particularly at the price point we paid. The attendant in Panama City was very rude, tried repeatedly to get us to "upgrade" to pay $150 more for a nicer model SUV. When we explained that we were on a tight budget and could not afford the upgrade he angrily gave the nicer vehicle to different customers, came back and told us the car he was renting to us wasn't very safe for long distance highway travel. He was right.
