Cons:- Unreliable electrical devices + Poor, sporadic cable-TV reception + Broken coffee maker + Inoperable USB port - Bathroom + No anti-sliding 'skids on shower floor + Interior all sharp glass and granite edges + With a drop of water, the floor was Teflon-like + Height of basin apparently design for persons of an average height of 5 feet or less

Pros:The hotel felt very grande when entering. Everything is marble and large which made the experience feel more high class. The staff was very nice the whole time. WORKOUT FACILITY: I was extremely impressed with the workout facility. A massive space with all new looking equipment. It was a pleasant surprise as I like to get a workout in every day on trips. BREAKFAST: I received 1 free breakfast pass for each day I stayed here. My wife had not received a pass so the staff was kind enough to move my second day pass to having two on the first day. We were checking out early so didn't need day 2 anyway. The restaurant view was *amazing* from the patio. Overlooking the whole waterway, it was one of the best view photos I took the whole trip. The food was better than most, nothing to complain about, but nothing mind blowing. And you shouldn't expect mind blowing with a free meal anyway. TAXI SERVICE: We booked a taxi with the staff downstairs to take a tour of the Panama Canal. It was $30 one way which is a little more expensive than a normal taxi, but it was worth the price. The driver even offered to wait up to 1.5 hours for us to finish the tour and drive us back for another $30. We elected not to do this and just find a cheaper taxi on the way back. We had plenty of space in their van, plus the driver was extremely kind and helped provide some info on Panama since we were new here. They also provided 2 bottles of water which is great in Panama. We also booked a taxi for one of our nights out. We were able to negotiate with the driver to bring it down to $20 for a trip to Old Town. I would HIGHLY recommend negotiating the taxi price no matter where you go or who it's with. It just felt like any taxi driver would say $30 regardless of where we were going. So negotiate! OVERALL PRICE: The price was about double of other Hilton brand hotels in the area but you could definitely tell the difference. I would say it was worth the price. However, if you're looking for a bargain, just stay at another Hilton brand hotel.
Cons:ROOM UPGRADE: I am a Hilton Gold member so I received an upgrade to a Junior Suite, however the room they provided was no where near a waterfront view and more tucked away near other buildings. Because of this we had to keep our windows closed the whole time because neighboring buildings could easily see into our room. Typically when you're upgraded the immediate choice is a waterfront view. The individual at the front desk didn't appear to know how to handle upgrades which is why I think we ended up where we did. I was slightly disappointed with that. Besides the view, the room was very nice. Much larger and more modern than any room I've stayed in before, which I liked. MINI BAR: The mini bar had a great selection but far too expensive to justify any item. An airplane bottle sized shot was $7-$8. It would have been nice if there was at least some complimentary snacks or bottled water especially being a Hilton Gold member. This is actually the first time we didn't receive anything complimentary while checking in. I got the feeling it was because the person at the front desk didn't know how to handle it.
Pros:Gym facilities are great. Great restaurant and pool area.
Cons:Breakfast Buffet was a little short on variety

Cons:The hotel elevator signage is confusing in addition the room light switches are a bit confusing too.
