Bed very comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We moved rooms the second night we were there...very quiet. Near Casco Viejo...in walking distance. Would recommend.
Location is in a run down area near Metro 5 Mayo. Was a bit of a shock when arriving after dark. Turned out okay though. Avoid rooms on street side. Very noisy.

The breakfast is great. Many eating options, great coffee. You can't go wrong with a buffet. I stayed at Doubletree and it cannot touch the great cooks at Casa Miller.
I can never figure out how to work the Netflix! So I don't watch, I just relax and enjoy. I'm spoiled tho. I love the rooms in the front with the view of Cinco de Mayo. However, they are priced out of my range. Maybe I will be blessed as a valued customer and my next visit will be in the front!! I reserve Casa Miller for myself and all friends who come to Panama to visit!!! A Diamond in the Rough!!!

Staff was great, and all seemed happy to be there. There is security outside 24 hours. Super nice room with full-size fridge and piping hot water in the shower. Value for the money is outstanding.
Breakfast is excellent but expensive ($7.50). The neighborhood is not the greatest - don't go out at night - but it's close to bus stops and a metro station. If you've got kids, you may want to find a safer location.

The staff is very friendly, the location is great for visiting Casco Viejo, the Canal, Albrook Mall, Cerro Ancón, Mercado de los Mariscos and the room is spacious, clean and the Smart TV with Netflix is a nice extra (especially for rainy days).
