The staff were really helpful and great. Overall excellent value for money. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach and Bangla Rd. The family who own this property is really nice and friendly. The staff is really very good and helpful. Only beach near to the property. And European Owner's behavior is good.

The hotel was outdated. The bed was very firm. There is almost no ventilation in additional room. The property is worn down, bedsheets have old stains on, towels are old and tearing apart. The breakfast offered was very simple. The Thai Staffs were rude. The place is a little worn down from what's in the photos. Bed is very hard and bed sheets had stains on them. Internet very slow! The room is very small and not as large as in the picture.
