Friendly staff make everything easy. The hotel is in a good location close to Patong Beach but quieter than the more rowdy roads. Neat hotel and friendly staff. Clean neet spaceius luxurious comfortable friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The breakfast here was phenomenal. The connection rooms. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent experience, rooms on the top floors offer the best views! The rooms were beautiful and the pool was very pleasant. All the staffs at reception, concierge, housekeeping were so kind and smily. Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was so perfect! It's all within 10 minutes of the hotel! Shopping malls, massage shops, good restaurants! There's no reason why you shouldn't come here!! A hotel that's affordable and not too much pressure! Make a reservation soon. Great little hotel with all the amenities. The hotel is a bit expensive. Near beach, can walk to bangla rd. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Breakfast. Bit expensive. Overall not good experience except for the location. The bathroom lighting was quite dim, the shower design wasn't convenient, and the comforter felt damp. Many power outlets were faulty. The room was dark. It could definitely use brighter lights. Also, the air conditioning was too loud and there was no remote. We had to get up from bed in the middle of the night to adjust it. The maintenance of the building was poor, rust on light fixtures, and the power went out in the room a few times during out stay mid-shower. Pool is shallow. Nothing. Nothing at all. When we first arrived the room had a damp smell. I assume it was coming from the aircon. Housekeeping sprayed something in the room to get rid of the odour and it helped but did come back. Eventually we got used to it. That’s the only negative I have. Nothing really but there could have been a greater variety at breakfast. Shower. No power and hot cold all the time. Room was damp and had to move rooms.
