Pros (+) Clean well run hotel.
Cons (-) Noisy location. Outdoor karaoke bar nearby running full blast till midnight. Need to work with neighbors somehow.

Pros (+) Friendly staff. Bed was rock hard. Seriously felt like I had bruises after a couple of nights. The wifi was horrible...horrible. But it's not far from the beach and some good spots in Patong.
