10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, the owner Maria and her family is very friendly and helpful, clean towels every day. Supermarket and bus stop 2 minutes walk, Perissa beach 15 minutes walk. All together its a really nice place to stay!
Cons: There is no such a thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: so nice place ,everything is good
5.8 Okay
Pros: peace and quiet most guests arrive by car so you don't see them around pool ,L shaper large with very few guests
Cons: on arrival given room overlooking main road told I would be given another room that was quiet the next day although twice the size it had a lot of stored furniture given it a cluttered look (the pitfalls of a solo male traveller) cleaning done every day first 2 weeks then cleaner returned home then cleaning was missed on 3 days , it is a descent walk to main restaurants and beach
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was good and it was very close to the bus station.
Cons: One of the receptionists was very grumpy. While making the reservation via booking.com, we have been told that free airport shuttle will be offered if the duration of the stay is two or more. Also in the property facilities, we have been told that there is a shared kitchen. The receptionist keeps denying that. He is very arrogant and was never listening to us. We should have been offered what has been advertised else the details in booking.com needs to be corrected. Whatever has happened to me is really inexcusable. The receptionist need to educate himself
5.8 Okay
Pros: Fair location , close to the beach , main road , supermarket. A big swimming pool .
Cons: Bed`s in our rooms were very creaky . 1 door was about to fall down .
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The price was cheap
Cons: It was very dirty. The sheets were sticky, full of yellow stains and dirty in general. The room was very dusty and the walls of the bathroom had black moist. It was noisy 24 hours due to a very loud family living next to us.
2.3 Mediocre
Pros: the owner and her son tried their best to help and be friendly, but, sadly, without many results.
Cons: Horrible! first, hotel Perissa does not really locate in Perissa, but at the very edge of it, with a surrounding rather deserted, 25-minute walk to the kamari beach, 10-minute walk to nearest and only supermarket. Secondly, the pool bar of the hotel is closed almost all day. Thirdly, speaking of cleanness or comfort or ease of the hotel seems to be a joke, everything's worn, untidy or just broken. last but absolutely not least, the reception room turned to be shut down all day, you are more easily to buy a lottery and win million dollars rather than find the owner of the hotel in an opened reception room. i met a German girl who was desperate to find anyone who may let her check in at 10 pm and finally drag the owner up from her sleep-bed
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: shall walk more than 20 minutes on a dangerous road to the beach. the staff's English is not good enough to communicate and the food in the bar is terrible.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Free parking and swimming pool
Cons: The hotel is not 600 mts from the beach, but it's at least 1.200 mts and the way from the beach to hotel is not safe due to cars and motorbyke driving fast and dogs herds. The staff wasn't nice at all save for Fred who came to pick us up and took us back to airport. The breakfast was not intercontinental: 4 bisquits 4 eggs a cup of coffee or tea, and a sort of chemical orange juice. The room smelled odd and mine didn't have view on sea.
2.3 Mediocre
Pros: First of all the name of this hotel ''Perissa on the beach'' is missleading on it's on...the hotel is apprx 3 km from the nearest beach.I Would not recommend this hotel to anyone as its waste of money.
Cons: The service is really poor, staff not friendly, breakfast poor (1 slice of bread 10gms of butter and 10gms of expired jam....swimming pool really DIRTY..all my family have to have special treatment to get rid of all the bacteria we got from the pool..DON'T Use the pool!!Owners children really loud at times when you try to relax by the pool....Owner didn't even said welcome or thanks for your stay......No manors what so ever....Don't use this hotel..waste of money!!!
2.7 Mediocre
Pros: The swiming pool and the bar next to it. Breakfast was OK
Cons: The location, you have to walk 30 minutes to reach the few bars and restaurants in the vilage. Rooms were dirty and unconfortable the sheets were not clean and the bathroom is very unconfortable. Our room was in the cellar without ventilation and smelling awfull
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has the perfect price, view, staff, pool, location, and services. Freddie was extremely accomodating and I could not possibly ask for more from a hotel.
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: All ok. transfert port to hotel and return,
Cons: No accept the credit card.
4.4 Okay
Pros: the room was in a good and quiet position.good transfer from and to the port.
Cons: there is not street between hotel and beach, you have to walk 20 minutes on the main road. not very professional when we left the hotel.credit card not accepted and no receipt
7.2 Good
Pros: The staff was wery polite and helpfull
Cons: The distance from the beach....

Pros: Amazing location , close to the black beach surrounded with mountains and swimming pool on territory of hotel. Sunrise and sunset is something special here.
Cons: Swimming pool
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, clean and very helpful people. Very good breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was excellent, specially Monos (Usman). He was really helpful, friendly. Breakfast and set of the property is goo too. Location is really good and easy to locate within walking distance to the Perissa Beach.
Cons: Bathroom in our room wasn't great. It was stinking a lot. We were given double bed with two single mattress which I found bit odd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is fantastic and exactly matches the pictures! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool and surrounding landscaped area is amazing! The staff are friendly and solicitous. We were lucky to have a portuguese speaking employee - Marlene who helped us with all our questions! Thank you so much! Perissa has an excellent beach and as the island is small, by car, it is easy to travel to all the sights. I highly recommend this hotel!
Cons: We love everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is delicious, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, outdoor area clean, relaxing and pretty. Located 10 minute walk to the beach, great GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic with mamy options and liked the location - walkabe diatanxe to Perissa beach.
Cons: Truley disappointed that there wasn't a kettle and coffee machine in the room. The bed wasn't very comfortable- 2 twin size beds put together to make one. No faceclothes and we had to buy our own water since tap water was not drinkable. Otherwise ok since most of day spent outside of hotel
4.6 Okay
Pros: The pool was nice but not very clean and there was no one really working the outside bar.
Cons: Room wasn't very clean. There was hair on the bed and floor when we got in and the "decor" on the walls was filthy and was clearly never dusted. The bathroom was tiny and didn't look like any shown in the photos. On top of that we were told that the gates to the parking lot are locked at 2 AM for "safety reasons" which set off a lot of red flags. Being on the ground floor with 2 entrances into the room (front door and small patio) we did not feel like the area was safe and could not relax. Overall just a very weird vibe from this place.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is average. We found broken glass pieces on the floor of the room. Cleanliness was not very good. To be noted that the rooms can be noisy if you are on the road side.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful pools, with very comfortable lounge chairs at both the pools and beach, which was private and the least crowded compared to all of the other beach sections. September was a great time to go, still crowded all over the island but was always able to get nice spots at the pool and beach. Their excursions were also great; highly recommend the Aphrodite Sunset Cruise!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the staff is very kind, nice, and helpful. The gentleman who works at breakfast, and takes care of the beach, is the best element of the staff! very professional and kind! the location is great: literally 2 m from the private beach!
Cons: We spent 10 days and, even if the linen was changed every day and the room and bathroom were cleaned every day, there was a certain lack of ventilation, due to which in the bathroom after a few days there were numerous small bugs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really liked the place, there are different pools, including children pool which we really liked. Also because of the different pools it feels like there are not a lot of people. Our room was super clean. Breakfast was very nice with lot of choice. Lots of nice restaurants very close to the hotel. The beach was also very nice and next to the property, calm sea perfect to swim/play
Cons: Nothing really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic. Although not on the cliffs of the caldera being on a clean beach with 4 pools is very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with all questions. Even got a nice price for a room day use. Breakfast was just enough and lunch at the pool bar very tasty and reasonably priced. The beds are super comfortable and the entire family had a great time. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay on Santorini a bit away from the hassle and bustle of the main towns.
Cons: Honestly had no issues to mention.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, beautiful setting very clean and so close to the beach
Cons: Liked everything
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The balcony and pool excellent.
Cons: The evening buffet was very lukewarm on the Monday night when I had it . Could have been better access getting in and out of pool.

Pros: Everything was sooo nice, the staff very kind!!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Only the ambience and location of hotel is good, it's an over rated hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars. Pathetic
Cons: They didn't allowed my toddler baby as I wasnt aware that the this is hotel policy, which was suddenly changed after we said that refund and we can go somewhere else, the receptionist who was very weird and rude, said he will not our booked room but some where on 2 floor, and we arent allowed to roam in hotel with our toddler !!! The breakfast should be in room, as if we were there on some imprisonment!!!! The staff wasn't courteous, not helpful infact nationalist at some extent. They charged me extra and also gulped my one day money which they've charged while I wasnt even checked in. On my last day they didn't send the house keeping even I've asked for twice and on my third call they said that house keeping is on leave. On my room service they were reluctant, and one of the waiter bluntly said that if I need something else I should help my self as he is very busy !!!! It was suppose to be a relaxing trip but because of this hotel and their staff all my trip was ruined. No one should go to them with high expectations, not recommended at all !!!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothinmg at all unfortunately. The breakfast was very poor, nothing like I would expect from a 5 star hotel, cold uncooked and greasy bacon, cold hard fried eggs on occasions uncooked,, cold meats of poor and inferior quality and fruit salad consisted only of shredded apple and hard kiwi fruits, nothing else. We did not look forward to breakfast. Of the 3 waiters the two elder ones were pleasant but the younger one was sullen, not helpful and made things worse, snatching your plate as soon as you had put your fork down, no eye contact whatsoever. We did not have lunch or dinner as there was no restaurant open. The breakfast was worse than any we have had in Spain or Portugal. The cost of drinking at the bar was prohibitive and the only people we saw were stgaff members onbviously on freebies.
Cons: Everything actually. It is a little misleading, possibly fraudulent, advertising this place as 5 star as the facilities are just not there. I had to pay 25 euros for a Sauna. Hotel totally built out of concrete, reminiscent of the Fuhrer-bunker in Berlin in 1945. We had a what was advertised as a superior room, in actual fact a very inferior room, the sort you would expect in a basic hotel or pension for 50 euros a night. This one at about £250 is a total rip off. The room is tiny with no where to put clothes apart from concrete shelves, the dressing table is also concrete and the bed as well with a mattress on top, not very comfortable. The room was so small that we had to walk sideways round it just avoiding our suitcases, still full of clothing as there was not enough hanging or storage space. Sat on bed to watch TV Our 'superior room' had a wonderful view of the 'superior, car park and, from our minute (cosy intimate?) balcony, in touching distance of a local low cost housing development where we could nearly touch hands with the local barking howling dogs, not to mention the all night bazoukis, domestic disputes and a wannabe Demmis Rousoss practicing from dusk to dawn. The young woman receptionist appeared pleasant but was not in the least helpful nor did she do anything to enhance our stay at this supposedly 5 star hotel, lots of empty rooms but refused to move us. They were always short staffed, no concierge or assistance, always a queue, and the man who we think was the manager sat all day in his office with the door open, playing games (we hope!) on his computer and glaring out at the customers. Parissa is not the best place to stay, quite third world and very downmarket, busy, busy, road with no footpath on either side, huge coaches and lorries and tankers driving past within inches at high speed and aged idiots on quadbikes buzzing round like mosquitos.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable. In general, the staff were excellent. In particular Suzanna the receptionist and the barman were very welcoming and professional
Cons: The private "hot tub" was not heated so very cold. One waiter was consistently lacking in manners and social skills.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: N/a
7.1 Good
Pros: Good quality, spacious and clean.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property was gorgeous and the location was ideal; however, the thing that stood out the most was the service. We arrived around 9am and were hoping for an early check in; however, the hotel was full the night before. Susana at the front desk made it a priority to have our room cleaned first so we could check in. She always had a smile on her face and was very helpful. Theo who worked at the bar/restaurant also provided exceptional service. I come from a hotel background and now work in an industry where I negotiate and contract hotels all over the world for conferences... this is one hotel that will always stand out. Looking forward to returning!
Cons: The only negative comment was when we checked into the room, there was a very strong chemical smell that lingered for quite a while. I understand the room was just freshly cleaned so maybe if we had checked in a few hours later, the smell would have dissipated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very close to Perissa black sand beach and village. Easy access into Fira by bus or car. The view of the hill is beautiful. The hotel is boutique, there is a great interaction with the staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean, comfortable, we had a private pool too but you don't need it because the hotel has a few pools and the beach is a 2 minute walk. Breakfast has a lot of choices food is fresh and they have many healthy options too. Spa facilities are very good and the massage choices are amazing. We had massages and treatments twice. The reception and bar staff suggested many trips and tours, they are like free guides. So in one week we ticked all the boxes and locations we wanted to see. It is like a mini paradise, great for couples but also for families with kids.
Cons: In October the sun is less strong and some of the room pools do not have as much sun as in the summer. But private pool not necessarily needed as the hotel has a few swimming pools and the beach is 2 minute walk from the hotel. Dinner options in the hotel are a bit pricey. In October less food choices, for example no fish, as it is the end of the season. But the are many restaurants in Perrisa, very easy to walk to.

Pros: Very friendly staff and nice room with a (ground floor) balcony. A few minutes' walk from the beach, and next to the bus stops to get to the rest of the island.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location friendly staff property tidy beds a little uncomfortable and room could do with a little tlc.
7.9 Good
Pros: It was very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking was great and the air conditioning.
Cons: It was a little tricky to find on a narrow street
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The property was in a good location on the quieter side of the island. That was about all we liked.
Cons: It STUNK! It smelt of sewerage really bad and it was so foul. We could not even bring ourselves to use the shower because we would’ve come out feeling far less clean. The bed was also stupidly uncomfortable. Might as well have slept on the floor, I wish I was exaggerating. The staff were ok, but seemed quite demanding at check in time. Do yourself a favour and DON’T stay here.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach (three minute flat walk). A nice peaceful stay while in Perissa. Highly recommend for a budget option.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly.. Upon my check in i was greated with a homemade mandarin liquer and a very friendly welcome. The room is basic but very clean and the location is excellent.. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the main restaurants.
Cons: The bed is a bit hard and the toilet kept running

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Was no breakfast
Cons: Staff and very poor communication
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very nice! It's close to perissa beach, the room is very nice as well. Perissa beach seems to be the best beach of the island.
Cons: The bathroom is very very very small, if you're tall taking a shower will be a torture. That curtains are see through and the path to the place is not market, so it may be a little hard to find it, also the path is a bit creepy.
5.8 Okay
Cons: I really had high expectations with the overall score and reviews I read about this place. What I encountered was a fridge and cupboards that haven't been cleaned for a month, moldy shower curtain, toilet brush holder full of filthy water. Towels were dirty on the first day, a bit cleaner on the second. I would rather have clean towels that are changed twice a week than dirty ones changed daily. I have stayed in 3 different apartments during my stay in Santorini and this one was the most expensive (still economic though) and the dirtiest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location..
Cons: No main door..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great manager Mr. Triantafyllos - Close to the beach - Close to shops and restaurants
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great family run apartments in a great location. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and cafes. The apartment was extremely clean with plenty of storage spaces, a fridge, airco, a tv, towels and a kettle with cups and glasses. The family who run the apartments are extremely friendly and they offer a daily cleaning service. There’s an additional laundry service for an extra fee. The apartments have an outside terrace which is great for an evening drink or a coffee in the morning.
Cons: It could be an idea to have a shower curtain in the bathroom so as not to make a mess.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, even with some language obstacles. Our port transfer with other company was cancelled and they arranged me a transfer at 6am in the morning. The hotel is very near the beach and has multiple options of restaurants and bars nearby.
Cons: The shower had no curtains or anything similar to prevent getting the bathroom all wet. The staff smokes in the reception office, what seems to be very common in Greece, but can become very unpleasant for guests.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in 5 min at the beach from the location!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perissa is the best place to stay in Santorini in my opinion. Very easy to travel to other places via the buses but has a much more relaxing vibe the people are friendlier and eveything is cheaper. Also the best beaches by far!! The room was very light and airy. Had a lovely belcony and amazing location to the beach and town of Perissa and walking distance to ancient Thera. The peopel at reception were lovely and helpful and there to welcome us unlike a lot of the other hotels in the area. Also had amazing room service with a proper clean everyday. Definately exceeded expectations!
Cons: The bed was pretty hard.

Pros: Everything
Cons: The Swimming pool time should be from the morning to the night
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was easy to find. Breakfast was good. The majority of the staff was very pleasant.
Cons: My husband and I arrived before the check-in time and asked if we can check in early. The owner first said we could do it in an hour so we waited at the patio. When we returned back an hour later he told us they don't check people in before the official check-in time. Not sure if it was language barrier but they clearly need to work on their communication.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is very good, the hotel is clean.
Cons: The beds and the pillows are not comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly lady at check-in, she kindly waited for us as we arrived past the stated check-in time- thank you
Cons: Nothing, glad I cancelled a hotel on beach which was 3 times the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The value for money of this hotel was exceptional. It was exactly as described. The service was good and it was extremely conveniently located about 3 mins walk from the beach. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day and the property was well furnished and decorated. Thanks for a great stay.
Cons: The only minor down side was that some of the rooms are not entirely suitable for small children. Be aware of this before booking. I would advice calling them up to get advice on the best room for you. This was completely offset by the understanding of the staff who realised when we arrived that we had small children and offered to swap our room as soon as a more convenient one was available. This was before we had even seen the room. Great service. :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice place close to the beach. Good value for the money.

Cons: The bed was very hard and took a while to get used to! The room was pretty small but ok for the money. There was a fridge, kettle and mugs in the room but no tea or coffee.

Pros: The best bit of this hotel is most definitely the staff. Every single member was more than happy to help with any query. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of selection. Pool and loungers were lovely.
Cons: Only downside was the rather old bedrooms. The matress was hard - too hard, and the bathroom was small. All rooms need some TLC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were outstanding. Quite location yet close to the beach and restaurants. Well appointed suites.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfect I chose Meltemi for our wedding party and I made the right choice, the hotel has various different parts meeting differing needs (Excelsior and village) which differ in standard but both together in the same location. Guests were surprised most of the lower level rooms in the village had jacuzzi baths, they were very pleased with this! The hotel has 2 pools one for adults and the other for children, the pools were always clean and tidy and the main pool is a good size. The rooms were always clean and tidy every day. The breakfast was good a variety of cereals, hot and cold food and the food served at the bar area was also good, tasty and not expensive. The reception staff were amazing and always happy to help, they resolved requests immediately if they could and nothing was ever to much for them. The location in Perissa is perfect, a short walk down to the sea where numerous good restaurants are located, the hotel is surrounded by a number of bars so perfect for evening entertainment. As I have said this was booked for our wedding and the staff made our stay extra special by decorating our room with Rose petals, swans, a personalised note on our door and a bottle of wine on our wedding night, this was an amazing surprise which we did not expect. Thankyou to everyone at Meltemi for making mine, my husband and guests stay excellent!
Cons: The Restaurant and Bar Staff were not happy, front facing staff should be happy approachable and their job is to provide a good service to guests not create a bad atmosphere and make guests at points feel very awkward. I had a large group stay at the hotel for my wedding and a large number commented on this (FYI, this does not include reception or cleaning staff)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean everywhere, in the rooms and all the pools and communal areas. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and helpful.
Cons: I can’t fault this hotel at all. We loved our stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The wonderful staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a cliche but the staff (especially Roy) were amazing. We have holidayed many times on my wife's birthday but this is the first time staff have sent her a card and a present. Such a gesture probably cost them nothing but indicates how friendly and helpful they were.. Extensive breakfast choice. Nice pool and surrounds, lit at night. Easy access to the breach.
Cons: You don't come away to stay in your room but it was small and the shower in particular was a challenge to use properly. Having said that the room did have a nice balcony overlooking the pool and a fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at Meltemi Village. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough if we needed anything. We had an issue with our shower and it was fixed very quickly. We loved Roy on the reception, she is so sweet and helpful and suggested an excursion that ended up being our best day on the island. We were upgraded for free to an Excelsior Superior Double which was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfy and huge, nice powerful shower and great balcony with chairs to sit outside. We enjoyed breakfast daily. The pool was amazing, the palm trees and beautiful flowers gave it a nice touch with plenty of sun loungers and a convenient pool bar. We arrived on 21/10 and by the end of the week a lot of the nearby shops and restaurants were closed so bare this in mind if you don't want to go far.
Cons: The TV has only 8 fuzzy channels in various languages so don't expect to watch much. You can get the smart TV functions working (like Netflix and Youtube) if you switch on your hotspot and connect to your mobile data on the Wifi settings and update everything. Just make sure you sign out of everything before you go!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, nice pool and outdoor area around. Very good breakfast (not included in the price, we paid 7€ per person). The room was ok.
Cons: In the bathroom, there was salty water in the tap. Not very close to the beach, but easy to walk there (less than 1km).
6.3 Good
Pros: Lovely staff and nice pool
Cons: Not very central, rooms are very basic, tv didn’t work
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and the view of the pool. Very friendly staff
Cons: Excellent value for money, good location
5.8 Okay
Pros: In walking distance to the beach, small supermarket and several restaurants which was great. The pool was wonderful and the room had a private balcony.
Cons: It was quite small and is out of the city centre. This is great if you want a break from all the tourists in Santorini but does mean a bit of travel from the airport and main areas. The shower does not have a door and there is no window in the bathroom which means the room gets very hot and stuffy when you use it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff beautiful view
Cons: Should have stayed longer
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I love the vibe of the whole place, it has this relaxing and very light vibe on it, so refreshing! The place is exceptionally well kept and clean. The staff is so helpful and very nice. We loved our stat it was lovely time. It's like staying in your favorite aunt's house. Very cozy!
Cons: I didn't expect for the hotel to be old. It seems like it has been up and running for quite a long time you can see from the facilities and the building itself but like I said it is well kept and maintained and very clean. The room is small but this is kinda normal if u travel a lot esp around europe. Kinda funny how The shower area is freakishly narrow!
9.0 Excellent
Cons: It's a bit of a walk down a narrow road to get to the beach, so be careful.

Pros: Thank you to the people who work in the hotel especially the person who welcomed us who was really very kind and nice. The hotel was great and so was a good breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a stunningly beautiful property just steps from Perissa Beach. The staff was always available and they had a lovely surprise waiting for us upon check in. Very accommodating and friendly and fun. The pool is immaculate (and was still open Oct 31, which we found out is rare), the rooms are very well appointed, and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and accommodating staff..great location ..super close to the beach and two lovely pools at hotel..deffo recommend if staying in Perissa.
Cons: A little more variety needed for the breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food, friendly staff, our host was amazing. Close to everything we needed including supermarket, restaurants, bars, bike rental. Free room upgrade by staff because they had capacity. What a pleasure! The jacuzzi room was such a nice way to start our holiday after the flight. It is a great hotel and I would return.
Cons: The one time we used the TV all the stations were in German essentially. Is 35 euros the best price you can get for airport transfer?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the welcome, the room, the cleanliness, the housekeeping, the fabulous cocktails and service, the breakfast. I could go on. I will.....the attention to detail in the rooms, the paintings, light fittings etc. FABULOUS!
Cons: There is absolutely nothing negative I can say. We don't ever go back to a place twice but are already planning our trip next year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and they really cared about our experience. We made a few reasonable requests and they did everything they could to accommodate us. We felt respected and. to put it simply, that they actually cared about us.
Cons: The beds and pillows were hard. But I think that's a European thing... and there was no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom would be really humid and steamy after a shower. If you opened the window the hot outside air would come in and then it would all feel muggy. But again, just American preference. The hotel was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was perfect and spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing in every way, so friendly and lovely.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing. Price-performance-ratio is great. Breakfast not included, but can be ordered extra.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staying at Villa Markezinis was a great experience! Everything was nice and clean. The room looked good and was up to date. The room was cleaned daily. The pool was a good size and was great to swim there. The food was good and the staff was excellent. Special thanks to lovely Mary, who took such a good care for us. Our 2 year old loved You!! :) Would definitely come back and spend our vacation in Villa Markezinis. Recommend!!
Cons: We liked everything :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was all great. The villa is located in the best part of Santorini and just few minutes from beach, number of restaurants and bus station. I really liked the breakfast menu (there was a great selection of vegan and normal food, great overnight oaths), the lady at the reception was really helpful and nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable upstairs room with distant sea and mountain views from the large furnished balcony. Lovely breakfast menu offered, short walking distance to the bus stop so exploring the island is easy and a short stroll to the beach and the numerous tavernas from the accommodation. Pool area with sun loungers and kept very clean.
Cons: Not having a kettle in the room for making hot drinks.
7.5 Good
Pros: The team was extremely kind and the room very clean.
Cons: The hotel is far from Oia and Thira, but the beach in Peressa are great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, with easy access (5 min walk) to the beach and very friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons: Next door Taverna is a bit creepy, with small yappy dogs that did occasionally get on the nerves. Not the villa's fault of course and wouldn't affect my decision to return.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff especially the woman at reception, we arrived early with our little baby and she upgraded our room to a family room for no extra cost, very clean and comfortable hotel, great location, a stones throw from perissa beach, wifi very good also even worked on the beach, very nice breakfast, we had a great time. Great value.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is very good. Beds are comfortable. Overall not a bad property.
Cons: There is nothing to suggest that this is a 4 star hotel. This is a decent small family run hotel, but if your decision and expectation is partially based on number of stars, you will be disappointed. There are no free bees in the rooms (e.g. water, tea, coffee or even tissues) The swimming pool is shaded most of the time and cold, effectively not usable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, facilities, food and staff were amazing. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and the food in the restaurant I cannot praised highly enough, it was so good we ate there twice of our four meals on the island. The room and view of the sea were amazing. If i ever go back to Santorini I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip amazing.
Cons: I would recommend is pumping some warm water into the pool as it is at the back of the hotel if there is no direct sunlight. It was too cold for my kids to swim.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. In a quiet area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely time here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was terrific and the room was so wonderfully placed next to the pool. We can't recommend it highly enough.
Cons: We don't really have anything bad to say. Only that they could have left our towels in the rooms for longer: we didn't need fresh ones every day!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Neat and clean, bang on the beach. Very helpful people including owner
Cons: Everything was perfect, nothing to complain
9.6 Excellent

Pros: Great hosts, perfect location, calm, but close to shop, bus stop, ect. Room is simple, but preserves Santorinian traditional style. Breakfasts were good. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay.
Cons: The rooms can be cleaned more often. We stayed for 11 nights, and the floor was not washed during this time.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location. Near bus stop and restaurants.
Cons: The tub is very small and shower is dated. The bathroom can use an upgrade. The bed was not really comfy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and the terrace were very big and comfortable. Very helpful and kind staff. Perissa is out of the bustle of Oia and Fira which is enjoyable. At Perissa you have nice restaurants where you can eat at a reasonable price whereas in Oia and Fira the prices are outrageous.
Cons: We enjoyed everything.
