Pros (+) The grounds were lovely, and our cozy room was charming. Clark, the owner, was incredibly helpful, and even took us to a local supermarket to buy food so we could cook. (The onsite restaurant was damaged in the hurricane, and was not yet back in operation. ) We walked to the local national park and swam in the waterfall. (Note: it takes about 90 minutes each way, so make sure you like to walk.) Th...
Cons (-) The WiFi was somewhat slow, but I think that is a factor of island WiFi rather than a problem with LA Palmeretum. Thwre us almost nothing nearby, so without a car, one is kind of stuck.
