Very cute personal touches throughout the hotel.
The bed and pillows were phenomenal. The room was spacious and had a great view. The shower had great water pressure and was very hot.
We stayed on the 14th floor and there was a lot of banging against the walls early, from about 6:30AM-9:30AM. Not sure if they’re doing construction because I didn’t see a single other person (or hear anyone else) on our floor during our stay. The front desk told us we could order food at their restaurant and take it up to our room, we went to the bar and asked to place an order. This was right about at 10PM. He gave us a menu to look at and after a few minutes we were ready. Then about 5 minutes after we ordered, the bartender came back and said we had to order late night food. Which is fine, but he HANDED us the menu, why not hand us the late night menu to start with? Why waste our time? We went elsewhere for Togo food and brought it to the room.
The hotel was beautiful and the perfect location! Reading Terminal, historic district, fashion district, and much more was within walking distance. The on-site restaurant was delicious.
The staff was nice, but not always as professional as I would expect at a high end hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel was very slow service.
It was a great time
Loved the theme, people, and location. The room was really nice. Adoorrred the bathroom mirrors.
The bathroom do is cute and it goes along with the theme but I like privacy too! Lol
