Very friendly staff. They lock the front door at 9pm. You still can get in by ringing the door bell. But this gives it peace of mind on security.
Our place had a second floor. The ceiling on the second floor was a bit low so if you are tall this may be an issue. Also the stairs are steep. The toilet is on the first floor and the bed on the second floor so if you get up frequently to go to the restroom in the middle of the night it might be an issue.
It was clean, it has a washing machine, air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff was warm and friendly, and they made everything possible to make the place safe at night.
There was no hot water.
Cool room, good design, comfortable and great staff.
The only problem was my shower was not hot and didn't work particularly well. But, In the hotel's defense, I never told them and the staff were so nice I'm confident they would have fixed!
Smell from the sewers in the bathroom
We only had one night in Phnom Penh and this location was good. There was plenty of hot water and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
We were on the top floor—a hard slog with heavy bags.
